Very pleasantly surprised. Food was great. Atmosphere was nice but a little loud on trivia night. But it was fine. Service was very nice and attentive. Very impressed with the food and prices. Definitely recommend this place.

1st time here, we shared fried pickles, and I had chicken Parmigiano. Both dishes tasted great, and the servers were friendly. It was storming during our visit, so the restaurant lost power, but it came back on right away with their generator.

I am sure the problem was that they don’t change their oil enough. The calamari was very tough and too well done so we ordered mozzarella sticks those also were extremely over cooked. We did not send them back. We also found the chicken in the Cesar wraps were burnt not grilled. My daughter just moved to Foxboro, not rushing back. Our server Linda was terrific!

We got an outdoor table for four pretty quickly on a Thursday evening. The service was horribly lacking. Our server was spacey and did not write down our order and consequently items were forgotten, over cooked, and incorrect. She only checked back on us after we were near the end of the meal. The Cesar salad was drenched in dressing making it inedible for one of us and a steak tip dish was cooked well down when it was ordered medium rare. We asked her to take away the steak tips due to being overcooked and she apologized and removed it from the table. The goat cheese salad and pizza with steak tips were good although we longed to have crushed red pepper for the pizza which didn’t arrive until the last slice. When the bill finally arrived, the beef dish was still on the check. I asked her to remove it which she did but her inattention to detail shined through from the beginning of our meal to the very end leaving a bad taste in our mouth. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This was our first visit to Conrad’s in Foxboro, we had heard good things about it so we went on a Saturday night. Let’s just say what started out good, went bad soon enough. We arrived around 5:30pm, the parking lot looked pretty full and there were people waiting outside so we figured there would be a wait. We walked in, it looked busy but not too busy and surprisingly we were immediately sat at a booth in the room to the left. As soon as we sat I knew why these tables/booths were available. This area was very loud from all the families with kids. At the booths in this area have TV. I find this unnecessary and a little distracting. A young girl came over and took our drink order. About 5 minutes later she returned with our drinks and ready to take our order. There are several decent options on the menu, so we both actually decided on the combo plate, steak tips and chicken (teriyaki). Now it says on their menu that their steak tips are “famous”… in my opinion, there is nothing “famous” about them. They are ok, but the teriyaki chicken was HORRIBLE!! Mine tasted like it had some kind of cleaning fluid on it, and my wife’s didn’t taste much better either. I thought maybe more teriyaki sauce would help but the waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything. As for the 2 side dishes, the baked potato was good but the broccoli wasn’t cooked to my liking. I asked for the broccoli to be steamed or cooked well so it wouldn’t be crunchy, and I got crunchy. My wife’s green beans weren’t bad. When the waitress finally came over and saw we hadn’t eaten much of the chicken, she asked if we wanted take home boxes, we said no and told her the chicken didn’t taste right, she said sorry and she’d let the manager know. Not 2 minutes later she was back with the check, nothing taken off the bill, no visit from the manager to apologize. We regularly go out to dinner on Saturday nights and we like to try new places and add them to our list of places to return to for another date night dinner, however, Conrad’s won’t be making that list.

Was in town for business and decided to visit Conrad’s. Overall positive experience. It is a kind of a loud and noisy restaurant. It was trivia night which was different with a DJ who puts up on a board songs or trivia that you can guess the answer. There was also lots of good music. The food was tasty and the service was good. Would recommend.

Horrible. There last Saturday service so poor the steak tips are seriously marinated in Coke and sugar nothing spectacular about them . My mother got chicken Parm and came to her not cooked pink inside we didn’t say anything just left and will never go back. Worst place I have ever been don’t understand why people recommend this place I will never be back and told everyone I know to do the same

My 3 boys & I… LOOOVE ourselves some Conrad’s in Foxboro!!! The 1st time we ate from them was in the very beginning of the quarantine, from that time until now (March – June) Everything has been absolutely AMAZING!! From the Captain’s Platter (my personal favorite), the Steak tips are to die for… Turkey tips are lip smacking good! The grilled chicken is absolutely super tasty even without any sauce, I can only imagine the taste with added bbq, caesar or lemon pepper.. kids chicken basket feeds my oldest 19yr old son (which should tell you how big their portions are!) I did have 1 time that my Captain’s platter was a smaller portion & quite burnt, however I called & the lady I spoke to apologized to me by name, stated that the manager also apologizes and will make sure next time I don’t have to pay for my ENTIRE order. Which alone shows A+ Customer Satisfaction!! I told her they definitely do not need to comp the whole meal, just the platter & they still insisted!! Try Conrad’s in Foxboro if you haven’t already.. you won’t be disappointed!! Ps. Edited: Forgot to say… Was released from the hospital recently & Conrad’s Delivery has been a complete lifesaver for this single Mom of 3 hungry boys… hope they continue this service for others that can’t make it to dine in or out on that beautiful patio!! It’s much appreciated!! Will update with more pics soon for y’all..
