Hands down, this is by far the best Chinese food locally. I started with the Shanghai Wonton Soup. The aromatic, clear broth contained silky tender shrimp and pork filled wontons that were so delicate and tasty that they melted in my mouth. I followed this up with the Hunan Beef. This generous portion of medium spicy, tender thinly sliced beef was incredibly succulent and flavorful. Service was super friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to go back.

Literally stop reading this and just go, it’s a winner and it’s exactly what I was hoping for. Service 10/10, efficient and professional. It’s perfect for date night. We are local and will definitely be going back. The portions are so generous. I highly recommend:
– Smoked tofu appetizer (spicy)
– Ginger chicken soup (cured me of any current or future illnesses)
– Bok choy side dish
– Ma La Tingling Chicken (sichuan peppers make your tongue tingle hehe)
Only critique is guys.. you need a menu redo.. it’s like one huge wall of text. Otherwise, perfect experience, no notes!

Confucius is hands down the best Chinese restaurant out there. We have been coming here for 12+ years and it’s always great. The salt and pepper shrimp are amazing and the Peking duck never disappoints.

These are truly the best noodles I’ve ever had. The spicy veg lo mein is my favorite dish — maybe anywhere. I can’t bring myself to try anything else but my companions all LOVE theirs too. We never miss a chance to come~

I went here with my husband and I have never experienced true Chinese food until tonight. It was amazing. I got the ginger chicken soup and the veg lo mein. It was everything I ever wanted. Service was fast, everyone was kind and attentive.

Confucius is truly a hidden gem! The food is absolutely amazing, and the owners are so personable and welcoming—they make you feel right at home. Every dish is full of flavor and clearly made with care. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

Everything tasted very fresh the service was great. The food was good but lacked just a little something. I would say probably the best in the general area but there isn’t much competition. Price is high as well. Would certainly go again but wouldn’t go out of my way or plan an evening around it.

One of the best restaurants in Rehoboth. Mostly locals in here as not many tourists think about getting Chinese food when on vacation. If you like spicy, this is your place. We started with Salt and Pepper Calamari. It was light and crispy and seasoned to perfection. It is served with their signature long peppers, making every bit a piece of spicy heaven.
For dinner we had the Five Spice Duck, which was amazingly spicy. Not killer if you can’t stand heat, just delicious.
We also had the Seafood on Cantonese noodles. Pricey dish but worth it as it is loaded with crab and lobster.
Can’t wait to go back!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the world! The owners are so friendly, humble, and personable. Me and my family have been coming here annually when we visit Rehoboth Beach. The food here is so fresh and delicious. Always a delight eating at this amazing restaurant!!
