I placed a pick up order on 02/05 and needed it by 02/07. I spoke to Ava and she was extremely helpful and super sweet! Her customer service is excellent. And A+ for the decorator too. The cake was absolutely perfect! Just what I wanted and everybody absolutely loved it!

What an adorable shop! We bought a slice of heavenly cake! They call it a slice or piece yet it will feed at least 4 people if you just want a reasonable bit. We also bought a cheese biscuit. There was more cheese than biscuit but it was a perfect arrangement. The service was prompt and friendly. There was a comfortable spot to sit. I highly recommend!!

Finally, an awesome slice of cake, that’s worth bragging about! Well. With the trip from Wilson! I will be there again this coming week! I had an awesome slice of chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream frosting! It really brought out my inner fat-kid (no offense meant to plus sized people)! I thought the price was high “until” I got home and opened the bag! Pleeeaaaaaaaasantly, suprised! Kudos!

Stopped here for the first time today. We were quickly greeted by a very nice young lady and she explained what options they had available for cupcakes. We purchased (6) cupcakes for a total of around $28, which I initially thought was a little expensive. Then when I got home and ate a cupcake, I then quickly realized why they cost as much as they do. It was extremely moist and the icing was very rich and balanced. This was, hands down, the best cupcake I’ve ever eaten! I highly recommend! I’ll never waste my money on cupcakes from big box grocery stores again.

So very pleased with how my daughters special order cake turned out for her 22nd birthday! I took in a picture of what she asked for and the Baker matched it perfectly. She was over the moon excited with it and even more excited that it was Carrot Cake… her favorite 😉 Not only was it designed beautifully, but it was absolutely delicious.
Also the girls working the counter were so welcoming and accommodating during the order and the pickup. One even insisted on carrying the cake to my car and secured it for transport.
So glad we found Confection Connection! Her entire surprise party was based around this cake and you all did not disappoint. Thank you so much!!!

While visiting Greenville on business I wanted to find a local bakery to pick up some confectionary treats to bring to my employer’s family and found this place on Google. Very cute with a warm hometown feel. I was a little surprised at the limited selection, mostly cakes and cupcakes. I would give them a 7 out of 10 on presentation and a 6 out of 10 on taste. I believe they are trying to be a coffee shop too and a good part of the customer area is for seating not bakery cases which is probably the reason for a limited selection. In all fairness I am spoiled living north of Boston with so many incredible bakeries in my area. I was surprised at the cost of cupcakes given they’re about 1/2 the size of standard bakery cupcakes, although the cake servings look larger than normal. If you are in the area and feel like something sweet and have a taste for cake, check them out as they’re definitely worth a try.

Plenty of choices of cakes and sweets, large portions too. I think the French place has better sweets in Greenville but they always ran out. This is the same quality as Puiblix.

My husband got me this cake for my birthday and not only was it absolutely gorgeous and everything I could of wanted but it was DELICIOUS!! It was chocolate and everyone at my party kept talking about how yummy it was! I’m 100% satisfied and would definitely order from them again!

Terrible service. Rude employees. Quality of cake is bad, with the price they charged me, I shouldn’t be getting Walmart quality. I had better cake for cheaper from food lion, and food lion cakes are awful. They used to be great, what happened?
