Booker’s Lounge Restaurant is a 30 and older establishment. We have karaoke diverse music Latin Hip Hop R&B live DJs karaoke Thursdays different live performers and events.Three bars main bar is a sports bar 2nd floor lounge area and out door bar we have over 15 TVs. Full kitchen and out door grill large patio with full out door bar great selection of food including but not limited to seafood and BBQ. We are a new minority woman own business.

Thanks for responding. I see you didnt mention anything about over charging, that is what i was referring to when i said its a scam. Also opening a bottle at the bar has nothing to do with watered down drinks. Liquor to additives ratio is off. If everyone is allowed to smoke outside then remove smoke free section signs. Shrimp must be jumbo in Camden not in Philly. ORIGINAL REVIEW – Traveled from Philly to Camden. Wanted a chill spot with good food, good drinks and good music. I got one out of three. The dj was the best thing in this place. Drinks are watered down and a double shot looks like one shot and somebody can’t count. It’s no way $20 plus $16 equals $46 even with tax. For $16 i need bigger shrimp and butterflied, that platter shouldn’t be more than $10…$16 is ridiculous. Watch what they charge you..they write stuff down no actual receipt for food bill. 8 fried shrimp with fries and cole slaw is $16 (didn’t receive cole slaw) i asked about it..server never came back….seafood boil (clams, mussels and a couple shrimp) was $20…really!! no crab legs and its $20???.server said thats $46 total how sway?? server finally came back as i was writing this to let me know they ran out of cole slaw…this place has a lot of potential but scamming people out their money is not the way..got the drink bill (actual receipt) margarita was 3 something and a shot of tequila was 2 something I guess that’s why they are watered down..that’s on the cheap side.. so it is what it is..feel sorry for the neighbors I would need free drinks everyday to live next door to an outside bar lol – new addition to review…I’m under a no smoking area sign but yet I smell smoke..hot mess. Gotta go now – lost my silver hoop earring by table 3 so if it’s found please contact me. Thanks

Came in by recommendation from a friend. This place was such a cool vibe. Dj was awesome and the people were inviting. We definitely had a great time. Drinks/ shots were good. I don’t think this spot plays with the liquor if you know what I mean. Bar maids both had fun personalities. Bathroom was in good order. Absolutely not one negative thing to say about this place. It’s a hidden gem. Back patio space is huge. We plan on taking a ride over the bridge again soon. Kitchen was closed but as soon as I get to taste it. I will up grade to a 5.

Met a few of my friends here about 2 weeks ago and we had A TIME!!!! It was such a good time, the drinks were strong honey and the music was good and the food was good as well. We were LIT on a Thursday night I will be back for sure. The bartenders and servers were great and friendly. They have an amazing patio with tables and chairs and room to party. I had a great night and will be back.

I had my birthday here. The bartenders CiCi and KiKi were very friendly and full of personality. They were definitely attentive to my guests and their needs. They kept the drinks flowing and everyone was happy. Rose the owner was very accommodating to whatever I needed done, she was very friendly and personable. The upstage lounge area is very spacious with a nice seating area and a full bar. Bathrooms are very clean. I ordered the bang bang shrimp and they were banging lol.

We got there around 12am and they just finished a comedy show and they couldn’t get the music right until about 1am!!! We got lemon pepper chicken and an order of fries that took about 30 mins to arrive!!! The outside area was nice they also had heaters!!! I won’t be returning but it’s not a bad spot they just need to be more organized especially since it’s a 30 and up bar!!!

Nice place to go and chill. They need to improve in drinks. Not sure what it is but every drink tasted the same horrible. Maybe it’s the ice. But besides that, nice environment.

When I tell you the service was horrible baby … first it took over an hour to order a drink secondly I ordered a fish platter and wings paid for them at the bar … received my fish platter . 3 hours later still no wings… the bartender was confused the waiter was confused… not sure if it was the owner or manager screaming and hollering about ppl at the food window … She told me she would take care of me and she did … I received plate full of cold wings … I left them sitting right there … it was just to much hassle to go get my money back … The only good part of the night was that my NP ppl showed up and showed out … other than that … it’s a no go for me

Well I am a union construction worker who had to use the restroom on my lunch break. I saw bookers and it was really nice building from the out side. As I walked in the door there was a Spanish lady not sure if she manager or owner but didn’t come off as a very nice person. I realized they had food as I proceded to the restroom thinking I would order. So upon entering the restroom there were roaches crawling on the floor. So needless to say I didn’t get anything there. To whom ever this lady was if you smile and maybe clean your place like it’s supposed to you wouldn’t have customers like my self not buy anything cause of unsanitary conditions. Try cleaning and smiling and maybe you would have more business. Good luck. Don’t go there cause you don’t want to deal with this later.

Bookers Lounge Is By Far The Happening In Camden…Well Lit Outside…Gives A Safer Feel…Very Friendly Atmosphere…With The Current COVID Situation…You Have Options To Either Sit/Dine Inside Or Out Back…I Love Being Out Back..There’s A Gazebo Type Setting With A Covered Roof Which Is Great For Inclement Weather And It’s Enclosed During Colder Weather With Heating Lamps Throughout…Seating Outside The Gazebo Area As Well…A Bar…Outdoor Grilling…The DJ’s Are ALWAYS The Best!!!…Easy Accessibility On And Off 676…A Couple Of Weeks Ago My Niece Traveled From My Home Town (Asbury Park, NJ) To Hang Out With Me At Bookers To See A Local Artist Perform…Not Only Did We Enjoy Ourselves…She Was Quite Impressed With The Security At The Door!!!…The Atmosphere…The Friendliness Of The Crowd…And The BANG BANG SHRIMP!!!…The Experience Was Soo Great…She’ll Be Back This Weekend!!!…I Recently Celebrated My 50+6 Birthday This Past Weekend At Bookers….I Had Family And Friends Come From As Far As Asbury Park New Jersey…To Just Across The Bridge From Philadelphia…Camden Gets Such A Bad Rep…Some We’re A Little Leary At Invite…However…To Their Surprise…They Felt Safe And Enjoyed The Bar
