Stopped at the Conch Creators food truck today for the first time. The conch and shrimp salad tasted so fresh. Perfectly balanced. The conch fritters were fried to perfection with a wonderful savory breading with the smallest hint of sweetness in the batter.

We saw this food truck online and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! The owner is originally from Miami with Bahamian roots. He serves conch in various preparations, shrimp, fish, chicken, and more. We wanted to try a variety so we got a platter with conch strips, conch fritters, conch rice, and conch salad, then also got an order of shrimp. The portions were large. Everything was super fresh. The conch salad was refreshing. The conch rice was probably the thing I was least excited about when ordering, and ended up probably being my favorite. Packed full of flavor and meaty pieces of conch. He’s on Waldo Rd every Sunday! Check him out!
