Food is delicious. Molcajete for two was $50. Steak and bacon wrapped shrimp tasty, but it was mostly pounded chicken. No option for one. Two Paloma’s at $14 each tasted like squirt without the tequila. Sunday brunch DJ was extremely loud, music was entertaining. Michelada with Modelo was okay. They couldn’t really water beer down. I would refrain from mixed drinks if I went back. Overpriced next to downtrodden Food4Less with lots of unhoused. Overfilled trash dumpsters are about 15 feet out the door. If I went back I’d stick to happy hour menu only and beer out of the bottle. Prices reflect those found at The State, except this joint is next to Food4Less. Mostly couples and gallantine groups of women and several customers had face tattoos.

I was surprised to find the place alone. I was a little worried because usually if it’s alone it’s because it’s bad, and finding a Mexican restaurant that serves good food is very difficult. But the food was very good. We liked everything. I have nothing bad to say about the flavor, portion, and presentation. 100%. Reasonable prices. The place is cozy. The piña colada surprised me; it was very good. They just need to invest a little more in the menus. They’re just sheets of paper that are poorly printed and not very easy to understand. But overall, I would go back and take my family. I recommend it 100%.

We are visiting from Houston Texas. Not sure if it’s a Texas thing but the bartender did not know how to dress a beer with salt and lime. The Rock and Roll sushi was amazingly delicious. The nachos were great too, just served in a bowl not typical for us back home. The music was cool too, not too many spots play Banda. The service rendered by the bartender could use a little work. He was not very attentive to us perhaps because we are not his regular diners.

Fun place with a lively ambiance. Good place to watch sports. Tried the margaritas flight, but was somewhat disappointed as they felt watered down. Pricey for a flight of “aguas frescas.” The Ontario quesadilla was delicious. Nice low carb twist on a traditional quesadilla. Guacamole and chicharrones were good. The mole enchiladas not so much. Mole was also watered down, not very thick. The enchiladas tasted okay, but can’t score them highly. Service was great. Friendly and attentive.

We used to go to that place all the time. Absolutely used to love their food, drinks, decorations and atmosphere. Last time i invites my friends there to show how great that place is. But…last time we vent all the dishes were soooo freacki.g spicy! We almost didn’t ate anything. I took my favorite dish home to wash meat from that crazy spicy sauce andntry to save it.
Don’t know what changed there but please don’t make food so spicy.

Everything was pretty good. Until we got home. My lady ordered oysters some of the oysters came out frozen.
We should have said something then and sent them back. Spent all night sick.
Stay away from their oysters.
Service was great drinks really good . Id come back just not for oysters.

Great food and service. Quite the “diamond in the rough.” I wouldn’t go to this area alone. Can’t decide where to have your next party for 21 and over, go here! Pictured are shrimp empanadas.

This unique Mexican restaurant has quickly become one of our top favorites. The service was nice and very attentive, and the restaurant itself was very clean.
We started with the chicharrón guacamole appetizer, which set the tone for an incredible meal. My husband ordered the ribeye, served with veggies and incredibly creamy mashed potatoes. I chose the enchiladas poblanas, and they were absolutely phenomenal.
To drink, we had a piña colada and a sangria, both delicious and refreshing. We enjoyed our meals so much that we cleaned our plates (which we rarely do!), leaving us too full to try dessert.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Fun upbeat restaurant, service was great, management checked in with us a few times as well,
All of the food was excellent, large portions and full of flavor! The cucumber lemonade was so refreshing and all of our drinks came in super large glasses too!

If this atmosphere is your kind of place, you will love it! The food was really great but the service was the best. The servers were extremely attentive, not allowing you to lose your buzz. I hesitated as it’s in the same parking lot as a Food For Less, but none the less, it delivered. There’s a large screen playing the music videos to all the songs. They have a molchajete dish that’s totally grubbable. Had a great time with some friends and even better, the music wasn’t extremely loud and we could hear each other! My friend had a flight of drinks… there’s 6! Word of caution, when we left, on a Friday night, the parking lot had 2 cop cars patrolling, if not 3. So make sure you’re good to drive. Buzz driving is drunk driving, .
