I really love this place! It feels so cozy and they have a variety of food, with pastries, breakfast, and you name it! It’s well kept and I LOVE their beef and chicken empanadas that are $3! The service is friendly. The horchata rice drink was good, not my personal favorite but I think it depends more on food preference since I’m not much of an horchata person.

Highly recommend Como En Casa!! We tried the almojábanas for breakfast and then had lunch later – the Buffet Al Vapor from which we selected both white rice and the vegetable rice (so good), carne guisada (amazing!) and frijoles (silky and sooo flavorful!) accompanied by plátano maduro and salad. Also comes with a drink! This was the best Colombian food we’ve ever had in a restaurant outside of Colombia. So delicious and such friendly service…. We really felt como en casa. Can’t wait to visit again next time we’re in Boston!

I live in marlborough and we don’t have any Colombian bakeries, I was running an errand in Boston and I needed to try this new Colombian bakery!
Cómo en Casa just opened in Chelsea and I can say that their baking goods are amazing! The EMPANADAS are delicious, the chicken pasteles are really good, the pan de queso is yummy. I ended up buying a bunch of diferente things and bringing them home.
The people are really nice and the place looks so clean and organized that is so inviting!

Was really excited to try this restaurant. However I was very disappointed, Food was very low quantity and service was completely off. The tomatoes in the ceviche were old and dry.from the outside it looks like a great venue, beware don’t waste you money there are much better restaurants in Progreso.

First off too find , parking is very difficult . The food is over priced , so are the snacks and chips . The quality of the food is terrible . The women behind the counter had an attitude issue . (The vibe was not welcoming or friendly at all ). She also didn’t feel like saying “hi” back , or servicing me . I ordered a pan de queso , bunuelos, empanadas , rice and some meat. I got pony Malta , and a Colombian soda to drink. The food was cold . The waitress had a bad attitude when I asked her to reheat my food . This experience was horrific and the food was not that good . The place was clean and so are the bathrooms. Como en a casa is an absolute dud . My experience was more like “ Como

Now that the place been open for a few months the quality of the food has decreased and the price has increased its a shame because they were doing well. The soup is great but now they decreased the size of the bowl and is way to small for $9 bucks. A can of coca cola is $3 bucks I know we are on inflation but still that is abusing from the ppl that go there to eat. Plus they serve you really small portions of food.

Great food to order and food already ready if you’re in a rush, great coffee, beautiful little spot, highly recommend breakfast! Only thing is y’all need a website to put your menu because Instagram is not enough. Always a shame when a restaurant in Chelsea doesn’t have their own website. A lot of missed customer opportunities when the menu isn’t readily available.
