I ordered 3 burgers, 2 fries, 1 drink, and 1 milkshake. Only one burger was wrong — it came burnt, with no cheese, and not what I ordered. On top of that, the delivery took 1.5 hours.
When I called, they said there was a system issue and told me to come pick it up instead (even though I had already paid for delivery). I told them I don’t have a car, and asked for a refund. Their answer was: “If you come, we’ll give you store credit.” That makes no sense — if I could drive, I wouldn’t have paid for delivery in the first place.
To make matters worse, Uber Eats asked me for pictures of the missing items to process a refund — which is ridiculous, because how can I take photos of something I never received?
In the end, we paid $40 for frustration. We waited 1.5 hours for food, spent 20 minutes on the phone with BurgerFi and another 20 minutes with Uber support, and got only 1 burnt, incomplete burger.
Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away from this location.
Look for kids cheeseburger in the pictures.

Awesome customer service at this location! I’ve eaten at another location and I said I’d never eat at another BurgerFi again. I explained the situation to the manager, Clermond, and he stated that’s unfortunate and it should never have happened. He said he wanted to make things right so we’d continue to be BurgerFi customers. The food came out hot and fresh, even though we came in close to closing. Clermond threw in a free milkshake, which was very nice of him. The other staff were very nice as well. We enjoyed the food and service so much we came in again the following week. Being nice and thoughtful to your customers goes a long way. Thank you Clermond!

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but this BurgerFi truly stood out. The entire staff is incredibly warm and helpful, making customers feel genuinely welcome, they even help collect trays, which says a lot about their service mindset.
The female manager deserves special recognition. She has a fantastic attitude and was actively coaching some of the younger staff in an engaging and positive way. You can tell she leads by example, and it made our visit especially pleasant.
We’ve been to many BurgerFi locations, and this one is by far the best. The burgers and fries tasted noticeably better than anywhere else we’ve tried. This team truly deserves the recognition.

First time eating BurgerFi and had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany taking my order. She thoroughly explained the menu and helped me make my choice! The food was amazing , and so was the “Chef’s Flavor of the Month” shake. I’ll be coming back here for sure! Brittany was super generous as well. What amazing customer`s service in such small place! We had feelings that everyone does care of us, everyone asked what else we would like or are we waiting for something. Very quick, great & quality food, we chose burgers, onion rings, fries and milkshake. Very clean and lovely place to visit! It will be our favorite place!

Food here is not too bad. Unfortunately they are “no longer doing combos” so it is $20~ for a basic cheeseburger, fountain drink and fries. I was told this with the menu on the screen behind them showing the combo price of $12.98. Bummer.

I came for the chicken sliders and they did Not disappoint! You can taste the difference between BurgerFi and your regular fast food restaurant.
Their customer service is top notch. They gave out ice cream AND they gave me their seasonal turkey burger to try out.

Place was clean and front counter person was nice .
Food left a lot to be desired… Onions were burnt and greasy. Burger was much of the same and had bits of burnt chunks.
Fries were super cooked.. see pic.
Will definitely skip this location in the future. Seems to be a trend here .
