Come on Over Café has become known to our regulars as a hidden gem Coffee Shop in Oceanside, CA. Our main items are coffee and paninis, but we also serve bagels and avocado toast. We have a space indoors that is on the quieter side which is great for studying/working or holding business meetings, as well as an outdoor deck that is VERY pet friendly 😉 *cough cough please bring all your furry friends* Operated by a local couple and their niece who love meeting new people and creating an open and friendly environment for people to make new friends and enjoy quality coffee and paninis. Sneak a peek over to our website to see our hours, menu, and pictures. So grab a friend and Come On Over! Sorry…we had to.
Unfussy destination with a terrace offering paninis, bagels & pastries, plus coffee.

Once we got home and tried a few bites, we were hooked. Both were excellent and we could only eat half the sandwich before we were full. The photos make the sammiches look small but they are not. They contents are dense and rich. This is a meal, and only $11 which is amazing. I wished I would have tried some of their coffee but now I just need to come back and try more of the menu anyway 🙂
There was cozy seating inside and a patio area that is dog friendly.
Definitely will be coming back!
It’s located in an industrial area. I think one would come across this place when searching for a breakfast place or if they were a local.
I ordered a raspberry mocha with less syrup pumps. It was perfect. My husband had the drip coffee.
I had the Build Tour Own with sourdough bread, chicken, provolone, spinach, & garlic mayo. My husband had the breakfast sandwich with Monterey Jack cheese on an everything bagel. We enjoyed our sandwiches. It was all tasty.
This is a great local gem to come and have a meal. There’s room for groups of people to sit inside or outside.
Like another reviewer mentioned if I worked nearby, the cafe folks would know me by name (probably by order as well).
Their hoagie is hog heaven and their Jalapeno Bagel Breakfast is also a nice spicy wake up call. The drinks are also on point! So delish!
I come here whenever I can, and would highly recommend, just be aware of their open days and time, if unsure a quick call works.
The guy n gal staff so friendly and fun! Love love this cafe!
