Had a long day and I was so hungry already a bowl paid $11.55 with guacamole but when I open it, there is not there is no guacamole in it. How can I eat that I come with a lot of hopes and you do this to me. It’s not about the money I come so frustrated That I didn’t get what I ordered and I don’t have enough patience to go to your website and file a complaint and get my money back. Do you think we all have that much enough time to go through your website and all that app and beg for the money back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said. My family and I are big fans of Chipotle Mexican Grill and eat at many locations regularly due to dietary restrictions. We’ve never had issues like we’ve had at this specific location.
Over our last several visits, one employee (usually on register or serving) has been consistently rude and visibly annoyed especially if we order anything other than bowls. Items are slammed down, responses are short, and the attitude is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Even my 13-year-old noticed.
On one our most recent visit, we were overcharged. When we politely mentioned it, she refused to fix it and said, “Sorry, I already did it,” which is unacceptable. The other employees seemed to be fine although at one point she did make a comment to one of them when she was annoyed with one of our meal requests. She even at one point picked up chicken mid counter and threw it back in the bowl (not sure if that’s allowed but it was gross).
We love the brand, but this location’s customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Best Chipotle in the country. I travel all over the lower 48 for work and this has got to be the best interests have ever had and im a Crack addict for Chipotle. And then you add such pleasant workers… chef’s kiss. Thank you!

People here are always so nice and welcoming! Sometimes they seem a bit understaffed during dinner rush, so orders can take a little longer. My favorite chicken protein bowl is absolutely delicious

I’m not usually a fan of Chipotle because the portions are inconsistent. I like to get double chicken, but Everytime I do they skimp the second scoop. Today was my first time at this location. Service was good and portions were as well. I’ll come back here again.

Ordered door dash dinner from here last night and it came with no problems with the food. Bowl was full and was delicious. Reordered the same thing tonight (haven’t ate all day because of our work schedule) and got a half full bowl or hardly anything in it. What the hell. ♀️ how do you prepare someone’s food and think that you his is okay? If that food was for yourself.. the bowl would be filled.

The man who made my bowl today seemed like he was either new or working an unfamiliar position, but he did a great job and he did it with a smile! It was absolutely hilarious to watch him put the lid on the bowl. He crushed it… literally. I’m still laughing about it. Thanks for the lols and the great lunch, Chipotle!

The food was delicious. While it was late, the staff noticed the salad ingredients were wilted so they took out fresh greens from the fridge for my salad. The guacamole portion was generous. The carnitas were flavorful.

Ordered a bowl online, didn’t get much as my stomach is upset. Ordered basic lettuce, rice, beans and chicken. I don’t think they even bothered to put a whole scoop of rice in my bowl. First time having chipotle in over a year. I’ll keep sticking with Qdoba. WAY BETTER.
