This place really left me truly planning my next trip with family again. The dish I enjoyed was so delicious. The steak was well seasoned with more then just salt I usually use A1 steak sause and this time I just forgot do to the the great flavor. My meal was the Macaroni and cheese, Sweet Potato, and New York Strip. Family friendly as well and great for events for there was a birthday party there that day and they put tables together for them. The waiters were the sweetest and so patient! Thank you not just for great food but great experience.

A large coke and rum drink is a regular anywhere else… the steak looks like it was baked in the microwave… no grill makrs whatsoever… only good thing is the service…. go to texas road house if you want something good.

The soup and salad was great. Others in my group had steak or beef tips and chicken fried chicken. Everyone in our group said their food was great. Our server was Lacy and she was awesome. Especially since we sat there talking so long preventing her from getting other customers.

I got just 1 simple onion blossom Wich isn’t the cheapest but me and the wife love blooming onions (if cooked correctly), well I was told it was a 40 minute wait yes that’s for a single onion blossom, when I did get it, it was literally so overly cooked that it wasn’t even hardly edible and was cold as could be. It’s sad that we enjoyed the 2 rolls more than what we had planned to treat ourselves to for the celebration of our relationship. Very upsetting

My steak was tough and hard to cut.. let alone cut. The flavor was ok.. not what I expected from a new york strip. It was very loud and very cold. There were parents letting their kids run wild.. (not the restaurants fault) it was so cold, my husband had to go back to our car to get me a sweater. It was warmer outside. The waitress was very sweet and we enjoyed her.

I was doing curbside. Guess because I paid already and didn’t leave a tip this time, they directed me to come in side door and pick up my food. What???? I’ve never done that. The guy next to me was sitting wonderfully in his car (guess he hadn’t paid yet, might leave a tip). There’s nothing that makes me madder than my rolls! 1st off, we all know they make them smaller now and just don’t care about making them as well as they used to, the rolls that we appreciated them for. And I’m always happy to pay for extras rolls. I ordered chicken fried chicken. I guess 1 roll comes with it. I asked for a couple of extra rolls. Like I said, CHARGE me. I don’t care. I’ll pay it. So I got two rolls. Where is the one 1 that should come with the meal. You actually should serve 2. But you are the one that could lose business and tips for your workers. I was gonna tip with cash when someone came to my car. Now I took so long writing this cause I’m ticked off…. my food is not fresh. I hope whoever put my order together has a lovely night!
I needed to edit. And as much as you put into making sure we all get them darn peanuts. Why not put the butter in the bag with the other stuff do it doesn’t melt. I’ve heard they were burning the baked potatoes lately. I usually don’t eat them, but me personally, I think they are undercooked. Everyone is different.

Service. Great service is great. Atmosphere was great. Plenty of parking easily accessible off of the freeway. They even check to make sure my steak was cooked correctly before they walked away. Brought me extra sour cream for the baked potato. They give you honey even with the rolls, this is the only place that has ever done that. They offered me peanuts when I first showed up I wasn’t interested. I think, though I should’ve taken some to give to the squirrels.

My husband and I went to the Farmington, Missouri location recently and when he picked up the bowl off his plate, there was a long black hair on his plate. The cooks were in the kitchen screaming and swearing at each other the whole time we were there. We decided one bad experience can happen and gave this restaurant another chance 2 weeks later. When we ordered our food, my husband told the waitress that we would like our food without any hair and told her what happened the last time. She quickly apologized and said she would make sure there were not any hairs on our food. My daughter ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, and when the waitress set it on the table there was a short black hair right on top of her potatoes and gravy!! When she picked her bowl up off of her plate, there was another hair on her plate!! We informed the waitress and the manager came to our table, she apologized and said she would get this meal taken off our bill, even though none of us are our food due to our appetite being ruined. When the bill came, the meal had not been removed, so I made the waitress fix it. She brought our new bill and the total was $84 for 2 steaks!!! When she ran out card and brought the receipt to be signed, the receipt showed I was charged $111.00!!!! I refused to sign the bill until it was corrected and was then told by the manager that the remainder we were overcharged would be put back on my card in 2-3 days!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! In my opinion, a hair one should never happen but twice in a row and you only took one meal off the ticket after none of ate our food. The only reason this review got one star is because our waitress felt horrible!!!
