The best coffee in High Springs! The girls who work here are so nice. Sara always makes the best drinks! Their new spring menu is so good, especially the banana bread latte. The place itself is so fun, and they have a little shop that has the cutest things to buy. Highly recommend stopping here if you are driving through High Springs.

Very cozy atmosphere with very tasty coffee! I got an iced cozy cabin (butter and maple) and was very satisfied with the taste and quality. The other coffee shown is the same flavor but in frappe form. We also got some of the coffee cakes. With the fall drinks and cakes the atmosphere felt like autumn on a sunny day, very cozy and comforting. Great place for coffee and pastries, would recommend 🙂

Excellent and friendly service, good selection of baked items, a huge play area for kids, cozy vibe, indoor and outdoor seating and so much more. Coffee is flavorful with house made syrups. There’s a little shop inside with unique items. One of the best shops in the area. Worth going out of the way.

This coffee shop epitomizes what I want a coffee shop to be. It has several comfy cozy nooks where you can enjoy your coffee, or study or visit with friends. There are also ample tables to set up your laptop. The lighting is perfect, it’s warm and inviting. They have lots of really cute local gifts to peruse while you wait for your coffee. The employees we encountered could not be more enjoyable, so friendly and welcoming. I had a great cappuccino. But the star of the show for my first visit here… The paradise cookie. It has absolutely ruined me for all cookies . It was unbelievably delicious, I don’t even want to tell people about it because I don’t want them to be sold out when I go . My daughter had a cosmic Brownie and said it was really good too. Thanks for being awesome, Colsie.

We ALWAYS have the most REMARKABLE experiences when we show up here at this lovely coffee shop. We are from out of town but the Alachua/High Springs area is very special to the two of us as this is the place we first met each other almost 2 years ago.
We ALWAYS make it a point to visit when we are in town and this time is no different. We were served by a beautiful soul by the name of Bailey Doring. She provided an exceptional service that made us feel like it was individualized to just us. To me, this means that her effort was natural and thus, genuine. A little bit later in, she stopped by our table and we chatted for a few minutes and were blessed to get to know her a little better.
We stopped in this morning and sadly, we missed her but she is at Church this morning which we truly understood and appreciated.
We are so thankful for Bailey and all of the staff here.

This is the cutest coffee shop. Very relaxed atmosphere with different types of seating available, including what looked to be a nice outdoor area (we stayed inside, it was too hot out). Delicious baked goods and a good variety of them. We got iced chai lattes, as well as a brownie, a coconut chewy bar and a blueberry muffin. 10/10 would recommend this place.

The best spot in town! Looking for coffee? The best. Somewhere to finish up a work project? Got WiFi. Somewhere for the kids to get energy out? Colsie kids corner tucked out back. Friendly staff? Most definitely, and the manager is our FAVE! Need a last minute gift for a friend or treating yoself? All of that in the shop and on weekends they have the Colsie market out back with the best antiques and goods!
