Spent 40 dollars on a 14″ pizza and some mozzarella sticks, waited a full hour for my order, was told they made a 10 inch pizza instead. Made me another pizza, asked me to wait 10 more minutes for it, waited more like 15-25 more minutes for it, and they offered me a cookie as compensation. The cookie was delicious but in the hour I sat here listening to the guy take orders, there were probably a dozen people this happened to. People with messed up orders, late orders, orders timed bad due to system issues, whatever, and they were just being offered a cake or snack or something as compensation. Decent service, they apologized to me and the cookie was delicious, but I probably won’t come here again. I don’t necessarily blame the staff but whatever went wrong was unacceptable to make me wait over an hour for tbh. Wrote this entire review as it passed the one hour mark waiting on my order.
Highly recommend ordering an hour in advance and not picking up your order for at least 15-30 minutes after whatever time they quote you if you eat here.
Edit: got my order eventually, handed me two pizzas and no mozzarella sticks. Came back inside to get my mozzarella sticks, waited another five minutes for them to be cooked because they didn’t just forget to give them to me, they entirely forgot to cook them.
Ended up with two pizzas that were not the size that I ordered and were somehow too salty, which is weird for me considering I have eaten straight salt for funsies, and mozzarella sticks which were somehow also too salty.
Saw the owner respond to another review before editing this to say that they always charge for sauce, no exceptions, because that helps them stay afloat, but honestly upsetting local customers like me and the reviewer in question are why the place will go under, not because you let someone slide on a 2oz dipping cup of marinara that probably costs less than a dollar for the business to buy.
Will never eat here again most likely.

The staff was yelling at eachother, there were several of us in there and our orders were screwed up between eachother. The manager might have said his name is Chris and he told us to come back and he will take care of us. What does that mean? Why not make things right now? He just brushed us off. We waited far too long and we asked for the pizza to go after we originally wanted to dine-in because we couldn’t have our 5 year old around the staff and their problems and attitude and yelling. We get home and thr pizza is way under cooked. We were celebrating after an event for our 5 year old and you destroyed a wonderful evening.

Ordered take out…. sat there for 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. All the tables were dirty, employees were loudly yelling at each other, quality was the worst. Never going back. It’s been progressively worse the last year or 2. This place used to be great.

I really try to give people the benefit of the of the doubt. I hate writing bad reviews. But I had maybe the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant over the weekend, and customers should know.
I placed an order online and went in to pick it up. When I showed up, they said there was an issue with their printer and they got the order in late. Whatever, it happens. No offer of a drink or a snack while they prepped it. I thought that was rude. But again, whatever, it happens. So I sit around for 30 minutes, get my food, and head home.
I open up the fried ravioli first, and there are a bunch of burnt French fries in there. Gross. I opened up the pizza, and it’s a thin crust, not pan. I take a closer look at the pizza, and they added mushrooms instead of green peppers. I hate mushrooms. I open up the Caesar salad, and they forgot the dressing. I begrudgingly started to eat the pizza after picking the mushrooms off, and the dough was raw. Just an incredibly frustrating experience.
I have to give credit where credit is due, though. The arancini was delicious.
But to put in an order, have to wait an extra 30 minutes, and then come home and find out most of the food was inedible was quite a bummer.

Doughy, average, late. I order here because it’s close to me but they do NOT deliver good service consistently. For one the pizza is extremely doughy and almost everyone never eats the crust. Secondly the place is the most inconsistent on pickup times I have ever experienced. Your pizza could be ready on time or EAISLY 15 min late. There has been countless times I have went in to pick up exactly when they say and I just have to sit there waiting forever. Lastly, it seems the owner is EXTREMELY tight knit and does not want repeating customers. I once ordered a Stromboli and forgot to put in an extra sauce request and when I went to pick up the worker was extremely nervous about giving me an extra marinara sauce. Legit said the owners were “super tight about everything”. Nice way to treat your repeating customers right

We’ve had their pizzas before and it was good but I’m sad to say that with this most recent experience, we will never be returning again. Ordered a supreme pizza for takeout and it made everyone super sick. Their quality control has gone downhill.
