Reservations recommend, this small restaurant is popular and fills up quickly.

Food was delicious! Everything we tried was amazing, food ia served family style, the best way to enjoy it is for all the members of your party to each order a couple of dishes share and enjoy!

Lots of sake options to choose from, but plenty of beverages options for us non drinkers as well. I highly recommend the Lemon/Lavender refresher!

If your in the area definitely don’t miss your chance to enjoy a meal here!

I didn’t eat at the restaurant side, but I was blessed to be able to order from their menu while enjoying a comedy show next door at Denver comedy lounge.

I loved the show I attended and the biggest plus is GOOD FOOD, which seems to be unheard of for a comedy spot. The sake cocktails were unique too and I enjoyed the mule (not too sweet but you can’t taste the sake either).
The Gyoza were seriously the best I’ve had, ever. The shrimp tempura sushi was good and the steak skewer. I didn’t care for the spicy edamame as it seemed to lack flavor.

Alejandro is the best sake bartender ever! Definitely say hi to him if you see him.

The sake flight was very unique and fantastic (they have 1/2 off 1/2 flight of sake on Tuesdays). My favorite sake is the 1801. I ordered 1/2 flight of sake and some sushi rolls. I got the 1801 sake to-go for $13 as well. Overall, affordable pricing. Friendly service. Nice environment!

Searched for sushi close to my hotel, and came across this place. Easily made a reservation online and walked into a quaint, beautiful space with great service and amazing food. I sat at the bar, and the server was extremely helpful in assisting me with sake selections for my flight. The pork buns and spicy salmon sushi were very fresh and just right for me. Worth a visit!

Sake flavors are very unique and generously poured. The edamame dumplings were amazing! Make sure to reserve a seat before you come, walk ins sit outside.

Such a fun little restaurant, sake bar! We popped in for a light, late supper and drinks. The crispy tofu roll was delicious, pickled vegetables and the red devil roll, yum! Our cocktails were perfect, the service was excellent. I absolutely recommend, Colorado Sake Bar, fun and yummy!

Vibey, great sake, loved getting to do a flight, was packed in there for a week day. They also were amazing with celiac-friendly gluten free stuff!! They modified all the rolls for me and put the sauces on the side for my friends and they have SEPARATE fryers (!!!) so I could enjoy the fries and chicken wings! wonderful live music that wasn’t too loud and our server was amazing! I forgot her name, but she’s tatted, brown hair, blue eyes – such a sweetheart and really knew the menu and was very attentive always bringing us new plates for each course!

Rio the bartender is awesome! We had the Scottish salmon, wings, fried rice, chicken gyozas. and pork belly and duck baos. Everything was excellent. We tried the sake flights and were treated very well. In from Knoxville on a trip and will be back anytime we are in town! Great service and great food/atmosphere!

I had such a wonderful experience at Colorado Sake Co! I tried the pork shumai, duck bao, shishito peppers, crab tacos, and sampled a few sakes recommended by our server, Tori. Everything was delicious, but the carrot cake sake was truly divine (I got one to go too!)

Tori was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my visit feel so welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy, fun, and full of great vibes. As a visitor from out of town, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — I can’t wait to come back! Don’t miss this spot.
