I like Colectivo, and this one is no exception. The place has a nice feel to it. Plenty of light, different seating areas, and a well organized counter to check out bakery or order food. The staff was pleasant and the Barista did a great job with my London Fog (btw they use Rishi concentrate which is very good). The special Pumpkin Scone was amazing!
They have a separate outdoor seating area with a fireplace that is a great option.

Colectivo Coffee in Mequon is a great spot to cool down, especially on a hot day. Their pineapple smoothie was very refreshing and just the right balance of sweet and tangy. Perfect for beating the heat. The dining room was very clean and had a calm, welcoming vibe that made it easy to relax and get some work done.
The staff were friendly and the service was quick, which was a nice bonus to my smooth, hassle-free visit. I’ll have to come back to try one of their coffee drinks, next time. Colectivo in Mequon feels like a little oasis in the area. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

The coffee is extremely strong to the point that it made me feel sick, and I’m not the only one — friends who tried it felt the same way. On top of that, the WiFi is by far the worst I’ve experienced compared to other coffee shops. As someone who works remotely and regularly tests café WiFi, this was a major issue.
They’ve also removed many vegan options, leaving only very basic choices, which is disappointing. To make matters worse, I ordered vegan and was given an item with meat in it — something that absolutely should not happen and requires double-checking.
The only positive change is that they no longer charge extra for milk, which is a very recent addition (they used to). Unfortunately, that one improvement doesn’t make up for the other ongoing issues.
Overall, this location really needs to improve consistency, food accuracy, and WiFi reliability.

I was in town for an appointment and was excited to grab a coffee and quick breakfast. Checked out the menu online and decided on an Oat honey iced latte that was on special, as well as the Vege Pesto Burrito, YUM! Service was friendly and fast, everything came out quickly, considering the place was pretty busy. Unfortunately, the burrito, was AWFUL. I don’t expect food I order to look identical to the pics online, but sort of similar, atleast get the size correct. This was absolutely overcooked, disgusting, inedible. I put the ramekin of “salsa” (more like marina) in the pic to show size comparison. I had high expectations because I have always heard such amazing things about Colectivo, I won’t be going back.

The cafe latte is very flavorful! Recently, I started drinking expresso at home, this is equally good. Unlike Starbucks you can actually taste the espresso. I am now a Colectivo coffee fan!

Great cafe with phenomenal coffee on tap. Lots of space to sit indoors and they have an outdoor gas fireplace. I’ve been coming here for years and love it each time I come.

1/18/22 Update: Had burrito breakfast wrap, turkey chili, cranberry muffin was awesome and the chi latte with carmel was delicious. The service is always wonderful. Great location in Mequon

After tasting great coffee in Milwaukee and the bar set so high by another coffee place I was hoping to get lucky but it didn’t go that way. Coffee is ok but nothing amazing as I was expecting also found it to be over priced. Friendly baristas and good customer service.

I visited this location this morning and walked up to the counter and the cashier didn’t acknowledge me in ANY way. Just a blank stare at me until I placed my order. Very rude and standoffish. Very disappointing.
