I come here often and spend a lot of money. Today 2/6/26 I went in around 1:30 and there was one Hispanic girl with glasses working. She was so rude and not friendly at all. She didn’t say hello and just had a look in her face like she was annoyed that I went inside. Anyway I had a big order and I tried to tell her and before I could finish she rudely cut me off and asked with an attitude “what’s next” I was trying to tell her to put my ice cream in the freezer as she prepared the next ones so they wouldn’t melt. She didn’t even let me tell her that and just continued asking “what’s else” so I just went on with my order. She didn’t talk to me at all when I tried to make conversation so it was super awkward. My ice cream was all melted by the time I got to my car..the cups were covered in melted ice cream and she didn’t even clean them so I was so sticky covered in melted ice cream. I order a big pint and she didn’t even add the small cups for serving. I spent almost $60 for melted ice cream. This could have been avoided if she would have let me finish my sentence. I order 2 “gotta have it” 2 “love it” and the $19.99 pint. All melted so that was super annoying. I wanted to walk out because she was so rude and her customer service was at a zero. I wish I got her name but once I paid I just wanted to leave to get my kids ice cream in the freezer. If I go back to this location and she’s there I’ll just drive to Modesto. This wasn’t a good experience for as much money as I spent. I also wish I took a picture of everything to post it, but when I got to my car, I cleaned everything up myself.

Ice cream guy couldn’t be bothered to chop up my toppings. And when I got home found 5 black hairs in my ice cream because he’s wasn’t wearing a hair net. Served me a cup of ice cream that was dripping all down the side and couldn’t be bothered to wipe it. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Don’t go here. Drive the extra miles to one with better service

Nice penmanship, Cold Stone. I ordered this cake for my husband’s birthday. I think your staff should put in a little more effort into decorating your cakes especially for the price you sell them for.

I went for a large ice cream cake. Grabbed it from the cooler, put it on the counter. Waited 5+ minutes to be cashed out while the worker ignored me completely talking with who appeared to be a friend. I googled the store number. Called the phone and she ignored the call. After the 10min mark I left without the $60 purchase!

Stood around for five minutes while one employee helped another customer. The entire time the other employee was doing nothing. He did not acknowledge my presence and say “be with you in a minute” or anything. The girl was busy so I give her a pass but I would fire the guy he should probably works in a morgue with his facial expressions and lack of enthusiasm. Either way fire him asap I left with nothing but wasted time

As a customer, I believe I have the right tissues whatever flavour that I need for my ice cream cream the manager on June 27 at 11:35 she said no you have to decide only one you cannot mix two flavours Bad attitude, bad CUSTOMER SERVICE bad respect the worst if the owner seen that I’m not doing anything about it that lady over there she is very bad example for CUSTOMER SERVICE and she took the ice cream and she dropped it in the garbage I don’t know if they’re gonna make the owner happy throwing his money in the garbage if he didn’t care that mean they match each other they deserve each other for me. I could find what I want somewhere else.

The ice cream is phenomenal and the combinations inspired. They have a new flavor every time I go there without losing any of my favorites. I love to make up my own combinations after tasting a few new treats!
