I like this place. Is cream is decent, but pretty pricey. 30 dollars for 3 people. It does have amazing ice cream cakes. The best I have ever had. Its atmosphere is quite nice and the workers are friendly. Good location too.

Awesome customer service!! Francesca and the other people working on the day of 10/10/2020 were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond in order to fulfill my cake request. Looking for frozen yogurt, they only had one flavor, black cherry. Tried it, it hit the spot. Then I drove down the street only to see Double Rainbow. They might have had more choices of yogurt flavors. Maybe next time.

I have never had such a negative experience in a Coldstone; not what I expected at all.
The girl who helped us stopped listening to what I was saying to chock her head to the side and told me that my earrings were not pierced evenly, that they were wrong, then explained her comment by saying she had OCD. I found this extremely rude and I doubt her excuse to be true per her behavior when she fixed our ice cream. She cleaned the work surface only haphazardly, didn’t thoroughly clean the mixing utensils, used spoons from different ingredients without care to cleanliness or allergies, and only folded the ice cream twice, so that the ingredients were only in the middle.
The ice cream tasted good, but the mix was not, and as a surprise in the bottom of my ice cream I found chocolate, an ingredient I didn’t order. I’m glad I don’t have any food allergies.
I thoroughly did not enjoy the critic of my physical appearance, the disorganization of the ingredients, the lack of cleanliness of the work space and the utensils, and the worker’s attitude in general. She was much more interested in dancing and singing to the song playing than doing a good job. I didn’t get her name, but this was shortly after 9pm, on July 9th. She had gauges she was shrinking (because she talked about them after she criticized my piercings), short auburn hair, and a large black tattoo on her left forearm.
This was absolutely not the experience I expected from a trusted chain.

Ice cream was good, But staff (guy) was very rude and he doesn’t greet anyone. The other girl was very polite and nice. 5 stars for girl and -5 for boy. 5 stars for ice creams…

Attendant was really nice. Please take down your Frappe poster if you don’t actually serve it at this location. It’s false advertisement and just plain stupid when a customer sees it and your workerd have to tell them that they don’t actually have it at this location.

Really good ice cream, flavors and cake but the only thing they suck is the customer service that always have. They need to be trained properly so they can be nice and welcoming to the customers.
