While visiting pittsburg, California, I took my grandchildren to eat some ice cream. My son took all of us to Cold Stone Creamery. It is the best & popular place for eating ice cream. The quality is good, creamy and delicious. The toppings are plenty and superb. We had a really good time. For adults or children, if you are craving for ice cream, this is the place to go.

It feels great to have this Cold Stone location just a 5-minute walk from home. It’s become my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something sweet. The store is always spotless — you’re greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones and a tidy space that makes the whole experience feel even better. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping it welcoming.
Outstanding customer service. The team here is incredibly friendly and patient, always greeting you with a smile and ready to walk you through your options patiently if you’re feeling indecisive.
My top 3 favorites:
1. The Coffee Ice Cream/Shake — smooth, creamy, with just the right amount of caffeine kick.
2. Chocolate-Dipped Waffle Bowl.
3. Mango Ice Cream.

Pleased to welcome the new Cold Stone Creamery to the neighborhood! One of the first few shops to open in the brand new Sprouts shopping center in San Marco West Pittsburg. My family and I have been patiently waiting and were delighted to patronize this new establishment. The store was bustling with customers, and the owner and staff were providing 5-star service with a smile! And the $7 baby ice cream was dee-licious! I’m not big on Cold Stone, it’s too bourgeois for me, I’m a Thrifty’s kid! But the brownie was b0mb-diggity! And if they keep sending me $5 off coupons, I will have to keep coming back. Had to knock 1-star for the tiny and cramped space-there’s little place to stand and no place to sit inside and enjoy, and that’s not the business! It’s going to get swamped and crammed especially with summer on the way!

One of the best cold stone’s I’ve been to. This location is very clean and customer service is amazing. I would like to acknowledge one employee who went above and beyond for me. I believe her name was Jalani. I was very indecisive on which flavor I wanted to go with.she offered a good combination, always had a smile on her face and had patience with me. I placed an order through Door Dash several times and I just love their products! Today I placed another order and someone else’s order was delivered to us! I called Coldstone and told them I got someone else’s order so the girl that answered the phone got in her car and brought me my order!! This is very rare in today’s world!
