I come to this BK to eat about twice a week and each time I’m here there are anywhere from two to six guys standing in the back mean mugging everybody.
Because I’m here about twice a week I’m starting to recognize these guys.
They are constantly walking in and out and around the restaurant. They either only have drink cups and nothing from the kitchen or don’t even have drinks. They seem to monopolize the bathroom. Often I’ve seen them napping in the booths or playing loud music or talking loudly on their phones. Not to mention they swear at one another.
There is a sign posted on the door that says no lotering or outside food and I’ve witnessed them eating chips, snacks, and candy obviously not sold by BK. And they are 100% lotering.
Maybe I’m barking up the wrong tree here… But I don’t feel like I fit in whenever I visit this place and I think I’m not coming back.

Went to this Burger King (downtown Muskegon MI) after work with my wife. After eating my food I looked at the floor under our table and this is what I found. About 30 minutes after eating our food we both started getting sick. I go to another BK at least twice a day and that restaurant is fine. We will never return to this one.

This Burger King is the best location in Muskegon. A great time to go is lunch time because the food is the freshest then. Also there is an employee by the name of Sammy that makes the best sandwiches there. I have been coming here for close to 30 years and he has been working there. So experience like that goes a long way.

I use the drive through. Sometimes it is slow, but they are friendly. I like their jalapeño cheese poppers. I don’t usually like spicy foods but these are mild and they are cheesy.

Jordan was amazing — some would even call him the Burger Prince. A true local icon and hero. Seeing someone like him working at Burger King honestly fills my heart with joy. He went above and beyond when my buddy overdosed in the bathroom, and Jordan jumped in, used Narcan, and saved his life. Thanks to him, my friend is still here today and will be at my next cookout. I’d like to start off by saying this post is to address Susan the assistant manager at terrace Burger King location what a wonderful associate and customer service skills this lady has That’s why there’s four stars there’s one star for food and atmosphere because of the story I’m about to tell you below ⤵️
I went to the Burger King store on Apple avenue ask the shift manager I’m assuming to cut my sandwich in half because I have had my teeth removed she told me she don’t cut them smaller sandwiches in half sorry about my bad luck and then continued to berate me to the point where my frustration almost blew so I left the store trying to find answers of why I was treated the way I was I called the terrace Street store and the assistant manager Susan help defuse the situation and apologized on her associates behalf and said that if I could get to her store she’d be more than willing to accommodate my needs which was to have my sandwich cut in half if it wasn’t for Susan I would probably still be mad and upset for how this 23-year-old talk to me at the Apple avenue store across from family Dollar and Taco Bell I wish I would have caught her name before I left the facility but if I didn’t leave when I did I probably would have gotten really upset because the young lady had stepped away about 10 ft and started mocking me and be rating me to the other employees I got so heated I almost did something I didn’t want to do in hindsight I’m glad I made the right choice

By far worst food from BK on Terrace St Muskegon, MI! Lame fries undercooked & not salted…..nuggets over cooked flat as a pancake…chicken wrap…please why are we microwaving a wrap with lettuce in it…..Wilted!!! Over Microwaved as well!
