I ordered a mint and chip and a strawberry banana cookie dough I got to have it x2 orders and they did not add the ingredients requested, gave us 1 of different size and ingredients and my I got to have it strawberry banana cookie dough had nothing on it but the ice cream with no utensil either. I guess they expected for me and the wife to eat it with our fingers. Thank god I din’t order this while at a park or with the family and received the order like this or else I be driving back and demanding my money back and giving them there horrible order back! Summer time fails and this will be uploaded to TikTok for my Millions of followers to see.

If you choose to order from here, make sure it’s in person so you can see that they actually include the mix-ins you ask for. Delivery orders will lack mix ins even if paid for. That happened on more than one occasion. And DEFINITLY don’t order speciality cakes. I ordered two, both were wrong; not only the exterior but also the interior, exterior was wrong and no mix ins added as paid for. I called once the cakes were recieved and was told to wait for the manager to call back, over a week later I haven’t heard a thing. I tried to follow up and was told the manager comes and goes as he pleases and there was nothing they could do. Ruined a birthday desert time with zero accountability.

Went to cold stone to use a bogo coupon. I was told that for some reason the code was not working. They offered to let me use my $5.00 off coupon. My order would have been $15. Not $25. If the coupon was available for use. Not sure if it’s a sales tactic to get people to come in but, don’t send the coupon if it’s not going to work. Bad for business, dishonest as well

Cones are always stale and hard here every time we’ve tried to get them. Some of the employees are not friendly a rush you here. Makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. It’s also, very expensive to eat here. The coupons never work either. I don’t recommend this store. Used to love coming here. It’s really gone down hill. Unfortunately you cannot dine here.

Ordered my daughter’s custom made cake and wanted it to say, Happy 19th Birthday(with my child’s name). It looked like it was done by a 5 year old. The crumb crust was messy on the outside and it was all over. Do not order from them. I wish i could show pictures of this ♀️

The ice cream itself is good, but pricey. Was also put off by the Cold Stone employee rushing us through our order, plus she didn’t listen. When inquiring about coconut ice cream, she replied no & without asking, proceeded to add sweetened coconut flakes to vanilla ice cream….this made the ice cream too sweet, plus my sister couldn’t eat it due to a physical disorder. I exchanged mine for hers so she could still enjoy a treat along with the family. I enjoy a Thrifty cone more…. without paying so much.
