I have been going to this cold stone location for years and have always gotten great service. The employees are always so friendly and really work hard! This is a great location. They typically can get very busy and manage to get us in and out in a very timely manner. The ice cream is delicious.

I placed this order over the phone for a small birthday cake with specific writing on it, and when I picked it up, $51 later, I take it home, and when I open it, not only does it look messy and rushed, but the writing I requested on the cake wasn’t on the cake. The writing is messy and uncoordinated, the winky face is messed up, and the Oreo crumbles were all over the place. This cake was for my sister, and I was looking forward to seeing her reaction to it. The manager at this place gave me the worst attitude when I picked it up, due to me acting confused as to why their smallest cake was $51. The quality of the cake I purchased shouldn’t have been more than $20. The person who helped me on the phone when I was ordering it was very nice, and she made me feel confident that this location would be able to accommodate my requests for this cake. I would expect more from such an expensive small cake, but I am deeply disappointed in the quality of it, and that they weren’t even able to write what I wanted on the cake in their messy handwriting. Will definitely be speaking to customer service about this, hopefully for a refund.
