Amazing ice cream, very fast, I went in to get my usual order of vanilla, nuts and caramel. The manager was very nice and let me try some new samples. Always a good experience coming to this coldstone and the staff are very friendly.

Edgar V. responds “what’d you say” after every request and he STILL forgot to put the yellow cake pieces. It feels like a waste of time and money if you aren’t getting exactly what you’ve requested. The staff there is male Latino’s with no enthusiasm. Hire happier youths and no ethnicity isn’t the issue, Edgar is. No smile or greeting when customers walk through the door is. Certainly you aren’t the only cold stone location and due to your unprofessional staff on the two occasions I’ve visited, there obviously can’t be a third.

Went in yesterday with my family, there was at least 4 to 5 family’s before us. Workers were 3 guys (young) and were SUPER slow, chit chatting between them self’s instead of trying to get the line moving. The guys were nice and friendly and not rude at all but way to slow and The store was a MESS. Waited at LEAST 20 mins to get helped. We ended up getting just one big scoop and got it fast because luckily a girl worker came in and was fast. Ice cream was good but honestly won’t come back the store was a mess and things were everywhere even where they were mixing the ice cream.

The ice cream is good but the staff on Sundays suck I come in several times on Sundays. I try and get a shake the same excuse to not make it its either no milk or the blender is not working plus the lobby is never clean floors are greasy or sticky they use a squeegee to wipe the floors and windows walk around the customers with the squeegee dripping serious improvements need to be made. Mangment or the owner needs to get more involved

I had a lovely experience!! I enter and get smiles and welcomes from all the employees!! The person who made my ice cream had curly hair and super young we had a nice convo while he was making my ice cream!!! His name was Qaise!!! And he made it a super fun experience!!! Lots of young workers there!!! My only complaint is a dude on the bigger side of things not to be rude with also curly hair ignored me once I asked a question and looked very unhappy to be working there but other then that great experience !!!!

The girl helping us disappeared in the middle of helping us. She didn’t let her coworkers know that she was leaving to the back. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever received. These new employees working there suck. It’s a completely new staff.

Ive been coming to this place like around 9:00pm looks like they don’t make smoothies after nine . It’s sad cuz they have in the menu .. hope they can do better soon it takes me 20 minutes to come here when i comes . I guess it might bey foul but I ask what time they stop making the smoothies lady told me they didn have a specific time to stop. .
