We had family together and stopped by Cold Stone for some desert. We had a family group of 11 and had no problems being served. The staff was great at answering questions and providing samples. We all got what we wanted and were very happy. There were great choices of delicious ice creams and plenty of mix-ins to choose from. We had a great time there.

Service was incredible! Our order came out absolutely perfect, and honestly probably the best I’ve ever had. The only thing that I would ding is the shape of the bathroom. It looked like someone chipped nail polish onto the toilet seat.

It’s unbelievable how incompetent this store is. This time the ice cream instead of having brownie in it, it was like brownie powder had been mixes in. Disgusting. I had to throw it away because the texture was so off putting. Not one actual brownie chunk in the whole thing. The kids working there are clueless and act like the care absolutely zero.

I would recommend exploring other options. I ordered a “Love It” size waffle cone with four mix-ins, but the portion was surprisingly small, and the amount of mix-ins was minimal. Despite this, the total came to $12, which felt overpriced for what was provided. Overall, the value and quality did not meet expectations.

Customer service is very poor. The associate aren’t very friendly. The register system was somewhat broken. And it felt like the associates belittled us. When it was their system. Worst of all they definitely didn’t make the lucky charms look right.
