By far some of the best ice cream I have ever tasted! I got the mint and Oreo flavors, and it was really good! The sizes are perfect, and the prices are relatively cheap! The workers were kind, and the store was super cute! They also have a bathroom, and chocolates to buy too! Definitely recommend for a nice treat!

Nice and clean, great service, and friendly staff. They do a good job of making customers feel welcome and providing a good atmosphere for kids; they were super nice when I took my nephew out for ice-cream.
I did not see the name tag for the college-aged blonde woman, but she was super helpful and made my nephew laugh and smile, thank you for that.
Business was clean; floor and tables looked great. Price was good for the size of the servings, and this location partners with Rocky Mountain Chocolate so if you do not want ice cream, there are other treats to enjoy.

Coldstone ice cream was the perfect dessert for our daughter’s wedding. Our guests loved choosing their flavor and toppings. Such a huge hit! So happy with their service!! So glad we went with Coldstone.

friendly and helpful staff. Cold stone was where my boyfriend and I went for our first date three years ago, so this Valentine’s Day I wanted to do something special and reenact our first date in a slightly elevated way. I asked the shift supervisor Coldstone if I could bring a candle and tablecloth in and just make a cute setup. They were so sweet about it and even offered us 2 complimentary chocolate strawberries. Thanks Jaycee (sp?) and everyone else who was working that night who was so friendly and nice!

I would have loved to given a 5 star review. However, this is appalling. We did a pickup order because we have a young child and wanted some ice cream later in the evening. When I went to pick it up, I didn’t notice the stickiness of the bag until I was in the car. The bag was COVERED in ice cream. And my bowl didn’t even have a lid that fit it. I’ve worked in food and had to put messy things in to go boxes, it’s not hard to clean hands before putting things in a bag. And maybe having a lid that fits would help. Also, I PAID for a cone and didn’t get one. Definitely not ordering here again.

Awesome customer service! DoorDashed last minute ice cream for the family and my daughters got left at the store. Called and spoke to Jake and not only did he make her a brand new ice cream but he dropped it off personally at our door. It was really late and instead of chancing waking up the whole house with a doorbell or knock he just quietly left it and then messaged me it was there. This kid needs a raise!! Amazing customer service!

I placed an advance delivery order with the app for catering for a school ice cream party. Unfortunately, the delivery service was running really late on the day… the owner or manager stepped in and delivered the ice cream! I am so grateful – ten stars – you saved the day! Big thanks to Logan Cold Stone for going the extra mile! Next time, I’ll have it delivered the day before… lesson learned.

Best ice cream place ever!! Even though it’s always busy and the wait is kind of long, the staff is amazing at getting your order made quick. They also threw me my ice cream from like 10 ft away and let me catch it in my cup love this place!!
