If I could leave zero stars I would. On numerous occasions we’ve ordered from here and either they’ve forgot things, got the order completely wrong, or we’ve ordered the latger size cup and there’s barely anything in it, barely enough to even fit the small size. Then we call and the phone rings a couple times and then hangs up, you can’t reach ANYONE there. We even went in one time after we ordered cause they forgot things and gave us small servings, and there was 3 people working but were too interested in talking to each other and looking at their phones to even help us. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in, I stood there for 5 minutes while they laughed and joked around, I had to literally get their attention for them to even notice me. Last night was the final straw, we ordered again, and the cups came extremely short. And like I said, you can’t contact anyone. The phone just rings and hangs up constantly. We will be reaching out to someone even if we have to drive in again cause this is completely ridiculous. You pay over $30 for 3 Ice creams, with a tip, wait over a hour only for it to show up and be wrong or barely even any ice cream in the cup. Awful!!

Went here on a Sunday night. A bunch of other folks were craving ice cream, it seemed. The young gentleman that helped make my order was quick and efficient, and deserves a raise. There were quite a few folks in line with only 2 teenagers working the counter. They were not flustered, but acted with urgency. It goes a long way when waiting times are a bit longer than expected but you are still met with kindness.

Parking is a little tricky here its a toss of a flipcoin you may park close or park on the other side.
This place has sitting area inside, only thing i didnt like the guy was basically breathing on my ice cream while he was building it.
Hygene and basic food handlers common sense was lacking here.

so sad to have to share my experience at cold stone tonight.
as someone who is pregnant and craving cold stone i was so excited. as you can imagine it is also VERY important that i don’t get sick during this time. i understand that this is my own risk by coming here but i was not expecting there to be as many health code violations as there was.
first of all when we came in, there was a man holding a small dog who was obviously not a service animal my husband has a dog allergy, and the man kept walking towards us no matter how far away we walked he was circling the store and kept bringing the dog around the counter/toppings. He also decided to eat his ice cream inside with the dog rather than taking it to go, I don’t know cold stone’s policy on animals, but this seems like a health code violation to me.
when it was finally our turn, the girl who was serving us, did not wash her hands in between and decided to sample ice cream for me with no gloves and as you know, the sample spoon is tiny, so her hands were in the ice cream and then she proceeded to make both mine and my husband‘s ice creams with no gloves. I got the banana caramel crunch, which includes the worker peeling a banana and putting it in the ice cream which she did with her bare hands and the worker had sores all over her hands. I am completely disgusted and this is unacceptable. We didn’t end up eating ice cream.

Went in on a Friday night and it was very busy. It took 50 minutes to get our order. Two groups behind us walked out because the wait was so long. There was only one person working. A second employee did come out from the back to refill two tubs of ice cream but then she would disappear in the back again and did not help customers while we were there.
I went with my son with the intention of both of us ordering something. By the time we finally got to order, I was so irritated that I didn’t get anything. Won’t be going back to this location.

I love cold stone, but this location is hands down the worst I’ve ever been to. Last time I was here, same thing. I decided not to leave a bad review, and give them another chance. But today was the same thing. Two young female employees. Store is full. They are extremely slow. No hurry whatsoever. I waited for 45 minutes and finally walked out. Won’t be coming to this location again.

i’m writing this as i’m only halfway through a line that has taken 20 minutes already. there’s 3 people working and only one is helping all of the guests, one has headphones in, and the other can’t stop talking to the other two. if you can see there’s a large line inside, maybe all three of you should be helping guests. employees were inattentive, and the ice cream is not worth the wait.

I drove my family pretty far to get ice cream tonight. They decided to go to Cold Stone, even though we passed 3 other I’ve cream joints on the way. We got there at 850p. The hours are until 9p. However, the teenagers in there shut down early and saw us out there, as we knocked on the door, and they ignored us and went into the back of the store. I called the SoJo location, bc the District number was “busy” and the manager over at SoJo told me to leave this review. Its super upsetting.

PSA for anyone wanting to pre-order a custom ice cream cake, I’d suggest going elsewhere. I ordered three days in advance, got a confirmation email, but when I arrived, my cake hadn’t been made.
The two employees working were friendly and apologetic, and explained that they don’t make the cakes themselves. Unfortunately, that left me with no real options other than choosing from the few pre-made cakes left available at the end of the day.
This was supposed to be a gift to my boyfriend for our anniversary, so I left feeling pretty disappointed
