Well, I started coming to this Coldstone because the district one sucked so bad. But now they aren’t even filling up the bowl. Super disappointed. I asked the girl if this was a “gotta have it” size and she just said yes and refused to fix it.

My fiancé and I went in tonight and got 2 gotta have it’s, the girl who made mine went above and beyond but the boy who made my fiancé’s, seemed to give him way less than normal. He looked so annoyed that people were even there. I don’t know if we will be returning to this location.

Came in for 2 icecreams. With 4 groups in front of me I waited in line for 30 minutes. There were only 2 employees working on a Saturday night which is insane. The line was long the whole time I was there. The employees had 0 sense of urgency. Will not be returning to this location
Would like to add that after waiting so long. They finally started to make my ice-cream. After 6 minutes, they came and told me “sorry were out of cookie dough” slapped one more scoop of plain icecream on top and left it at that. Didn’t offer to add something else or anything.

Coldstone is NOT a glorified Baskin Robbins. Coldstone is a frozen marvel. They take homemade ice cream and fold into it, a number of different accessories and you can get it in a cup, sugar cone or the almighty waffle bowl! You are allowed to eat this treat alone by law, but what a deliciously wonderful thing to share with someone special.
After you’ve determined your favorites, you may call in advance to assure your favorite flavors are available. I failed to do this and drove to 3 different locations until I had my “Strawberry Blonde” in the waffle bowl.

Ran into grab 2 large ice cream cakes. I was very suprised that no one offered to ring me up, instead having me stand in a line of 12 ppl holding ice cream cakes. We put them back and went elsewhere. That would have been a pretty big sale had some one taken 20 seconds to ring us up. And yes, every employee looked at me.

I really like cold stone creamery. It is one of my favorite spots for ice cream. However, this location is not one that I recommend. I visited tonight for the final time. Their customer service is horrendous. I understand that they are just high school kids, but their treatment of others leaves a lot to be desired. Tonight they turned all their lights off 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time and asked us to leave. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Training is an issue here. I will drive five extra minutes to find another location.

Super slow service. You have 3 very lazy teens who don’t want to be bothered with work meanwhile you’ve got a massive line and door dash orders not being made in a timely manner because they’re more focused on side conversations with each other. 3 people in front of me and I’ve waited 30 minutes for ice cream. . Long enough for me to make this post while in line. Was today pajama day for employees?!
