Really bad experience with this cake we ordered. It was supposed to be a two-layer cake with brownies mixed into the ice cream and a fudge layer in between. Instead, we just got a big layer of red velvet cake with a little bit of ice cream and fudge on top. Also, it was not frozen all the way as it was melting and looked a mess! What I got was a really ugly cake that I could have made myself if I had known. Not coming back here ever! By the way, I paid more than $70.00 for it.

Went in for a quick treat after an activity. There was in line. The service was patient and fast. The ice cream was tasty. The environment was chill. It’s a location that is tucked away but easy to access. I would come back. Go give them a try and pay them a visit.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with Cold Stone was here. The worker didn’t keep the counter clean and a lot of the ice creams had other flavors in them from using the same scoop without cleaning it. The worker also seemed to hate his life, so not a selling point. It gets 2 stars cause at least the portion sizes were what I’ve come to expect from Cold stone. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the money to go to this one, you’d be better off going to the Handles or even just getting stuff from the Walmart

We visited the Midvale location on Feb. 2nd. There were no other customers when we arrived. The counter was absolutely covered in previous orders. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned it at all during the evening shift. It was disgusting.
Our first order ended up with gummy bears and peanut butter from a different order. Our second order had sprinkles, nuts, and some blue ice cream, also not a part of our order. Anyone with allergies should avoid this location. They risk making someone seriously ill.
If the work area in the public eye is that dirty, I can only imagine how bad the areas the public doesn’t see are.
We won’t be returning to this location.

Less than 1 star for everything if I could. We ordered Fudge truffle with caramel, received chocolate. We ordered cheesecake with Fudge, received vanilla with brownie. We ordered fudge truffle like it, received just chocolate. So we thought hmm maybe this isn’t ours and went back, the last lacks customer service skills or was unwilling to admit the error. She said you ordered that. Thank goodness for receipts. They only fixed the cheesecake. They don’t even have Fudge truffle and yet the app had it and they had no means of refunding or fixing it. Disappointed with the the whole situation and how it was handled.

I ordered an Ice Cream cake online for my son’s 2nd birthday. They called me the morning I was supposed to pick it up and asked what I wanted to be written on it. Super simple “Happy 2nd Birthday CJ”. My husband didn’t check the cake before he left and needless to say-we were pretty disappointed when we got home by the quality of the writing. I would have rather they just left it blank.

We usually love cold stone but had the worst experience at this location. We ordered online for pick up and when we got there it was super busy and it seemed like the employees were just talking and taking their time instead of actually helping the customers. We got home and the carton of ice cream is only half full and it was vanilla instead of cake batter. Super disappointed with this location.

Go to any Coldstone location other than this one. Coldstone is my favorite ice cream store but this location fails to live up to Coldstone standards. They always give extra small portions and try to skimp on mix ins. The “gotta have it” I ordered tonight barely reached the top of the cup, other locations always give more than can even fit in the cup. I’ll be visiting other locations from now on.

The male worker that was there tonight didn’t even fill up the cup fully and was charged $6 for a 3 bite worth cup. Very disappointed will not be going back. Not to mention for the milkshake didn’t put whip cream on it either.
