Fun outing with the kids. Very successful place. I just have never loved the thick ice cream there. I’m more of a gelato fan. But if you like the texture, then it is a great place for you to try. I was expecting the waffle bowl to have a lighter taste. The chocolate covered waffle bowl tasted like waxy chocolate to me. But don’t get me wrong. The raspberry ice cream was still very yummy! We had a gift card which made the experience even nicer. lol.

Coldstone is delicious but busy. This location specifically is always crazy but the last time I was there a worker named Henlee. Although there were 10 people in line, she managed to work fast and efficiently without harming the customer experience.
She was extremely kind and had such a friendly smile. With a short interaction, she was able to repair the customer relationship that was harmed by long lines.
She is an awesome worker and will go far with the right opportunities and training.

The staff’s energy is friendly and the ice cream never disappoints. I’m a chocolate ice cream fanatic, and I love how I can pair it with mix ins like brownies, fudge, or caramel for endless combinations. Online ordering and delivery apps make it convenient, and the waffle cones, though pricey at around ten dollars, are fresh and crunchy. The place is clean, and service is quick, making it a solid spot for a sweet fix despite its flaws.
This location is smaller than other Cold Stones I’ve been to, and you’ll notice it has fewer flavor and mix in options, which is a letdown. The parking is awful, often cramped and hard to navigate, especially when it’s busy. Seating is limited, so I rarely stay long, and delivery orders sometimes mess up my mix ins. The staff can feel rushed at times, and I wish they’d offer more seasonal flavors. The menu’s very sweet, and I’d love a tart sorbet for variety.

Fantastic! I’ve been here a couple of times. Today Elsie was working all by herself. She was very positive and worked very fast even though we were the only ones there. 10/10 experience and will definitely be going again.

I have gotten the same flavor all three times. Coffee and French vanilla icream with pecans and raspberries mixed in.

I first tried this Cold Stone a couple of years ago and did not have a great experience. However, I have been back a few times, so I feel like it’s time to update my review. I have not had another bad experience since then. The kids generally work hard to make sure the customers have a fun way to get a delicious treat. The restaurant is clean and generally runs well. Even when they’ve got a line to the door they get you through pretty quickly.
(They’ve got 5 small tables to sit at inside)
PRO TIPS (especially if you’re bringing your kids):
-Ask them to toss the ice cream! They’re trained to throw the ice cream in the air, which makes it exciting!
-They have a kids sized scoop… You don’t have to buy a $5 ice cream for your 4 year old! It’s not on the menu, but they’ll do it for you. (They put a topping on rather than mixing it in, but my littles don’t complain!)
-Tip them and they’ll sing a song!

Wanted to get an ice cream birthday cake so I ordered online from their website. They have a section of “ready now” items so I ordered a birthday cake, in the smaller size. When I went to pick it up we were told they didn’t have any small size ones, only large, and if we wanted it we would have to pave a difference even though I already paid for the small online. The gal was not very helpful sadly. We did have to pay the difference ($15) so the birthday boy would have his cake. It was very tasty though!

Walked in to get ice cream, 10 minutes later the line hadn’t moved. We also noticed the staff were making the scoops so small, definitely not worth the wait and price.
