I took my family of 5 through the drive thru, multiple meals and multiple specifications and they did perfect! The food was great, out quickly with no mistakes. They have an awesome team. Definitely one of the better burger kings.

A few complaints about the last visit.
1 – Lobby not open till 8 AM (???) Even then I stood it cold till about 8:10 for the door to be unlocked. This is crazy, this farm community town would love a comfortable place to meet in AM.
2 – The Menu Boards were not turned. In fact, they did not get turned on until 9:15.
3 – Ordered Breakfast and Coffee for 2. We were given 2 creamers. When asking for more, we were told they were out(?). Yet I heard Drive through still ordering coffee but did not hear them say no creamers. In any event, I could not get a refill since no cream was available.
The store appears clean but you could tell it was only poorly swept. Heater appeared to not be working… this is strange since Chattahoochee FL BK told me their heater wasn’t working either.

Wow, they don’t understand how to put a loyalty rewards number in the system …they spent 4 minutes trying and I gave up… order a large vanilla iced coffee… after 8 minutes I got a medium iced coffee that tasted like it had gone bad… I theee it away… I will NEVER go to this Burger King again!!

On September 9,2021 I ordered a #5 with a strawberry Fanta, 2 BACON CHEESEBURGERS, and a 10pc nugget. The order was correct until I started eating the bacon cheeseburgers and no sauce for my nuggets (graveyard shift)

Absolute crap. First they tell me they are out of frozen coke and offer me a lime one. We’ll that was just hi-c and not a frozen drink like I asked. Then a large fry and large drink turns out to be a small somehow. They charged me for everything large. The employee at the window was god awful. Just kept bitching about other people and swearing while I was waiting 28 minutes for my wrong food.

They are sorry as hell. Corporate Office needs to get involved. Don’t have ice, don’t take your order correct. They also have you setting at the first window while they prepare your order and then tell you when to pull up to the pickup window. Really need to have someone take a look into this Burger King asap. West Jefferson St. Quincy Florida.
