I got the mango pineapple smoothie, it was a wonderfully made powdered ice drink. I loved the ending of it where three large ice balls sat ready to be thrown away. Definitely wouldn’t get this again. Loved the experience though. Had a laugh.

Running a little bit late and I thought going to cold stone would be a little risky time wise. However, I was wrong. The member of the staff who helped me was running the whole place by herself but wasn’t stressed at all. Also, on top of all that she was very kind, smiley and happy to help. She was very good at her job and definitely deserves a raise. So if you go into this Coldstone ask for Bailey.

Horrible service. We waited 30mins in line and watched them take 10mins to make one persons order. Then ended up waiting another 20mins for them to make our order for 2 people. While we waited over 10 people ended up leaving because of how long they were taking. Cold Stone is not worth waiting almost an hour for ice cream.

The ice cream tasted great and the employees were friendly, but they had a cross contamination issue. My allergies are normally pretty mild (I don’t even carry an EpiPen anymore because I make sure to stay away from allergens, and haven’t had the need to own one in the last ten years), I checked the ingredients list twice before eating to make sure there wasn’t anything I was allergic too, and once more right before writing this review. About 5 minutes after finishing eating, I started having an allergic reaction, felt mild at first, so I rushed home to get some allergy medication. By 45 minutes, the medication hadn’t kicked in, my face had swollen up, my skin was super red and I broke out in hives. Had to be taken to the ER for treatment. I’m fine now, the next morning, symptoms are 97% gone.

I’ve never been to cold Stone before until tonight, and I went in had to wait in line of one person took him 25 minutes to get to me, and when they did the girl who gave me my ice cream without explaining that you could have things mixed into your ice cream which I thought would be kind of cool to get, but I didn’t get it because she wouldn’t do it and she wouldn’t explain to me how that process works like why I could get mixed into it and then they were out of cones and bowls. And then I asked her for a plastic bowl to make sure my ice cream wasn’t dripping everywhere and gave me the smallest one she could which now my ice cream is dripping everywhere they didn’t give me a spoon and barely gave me any ice cream in a large, not great customer service not quick, and I don’t recommend.
