The product is fantastic. 5 stars for the ice cream. This rating is for the service. The last two times I’ve been here, I get nothing but attitude from the Gen Z staff. This is why kiosks and robots will continue to replace workers. Today I walked in to pick up an online order — literally, just hand it to me — and said hello to the sole employee behind the counter as we made eye contact. She ignored me and went back to opening her cake batter package while I watched with her back to me. Tip for Gen Z: opening raw materials doesn’t make payroll, customers do. When she finally made eye contact again, I told her I was picking up an online order. She pulled my order from the freezer and the container was COVERED in ice cream. She said, “Do you need a bag?” Obviously I do since you made a mess of the container. SMH. I’m not surprised, but I am disappointed. Bring on the robots please.

Oh my goodness!! Do they ever disappoint? NEVER! I got the Coffee Lovers with pecans instead of almonds and the hubby got a Pumpkin Bread Batter shake. Both were amazing! The Shake had such a delicious, light flavor. Very impressive and spot on for the holidays! You can never go wrong giving me coffee anything ❤️ let me just add, the lovely ladies behind the counter were VERY busy, young, but already have their customer service skills down to a tee! And work together so nicely. Kudos to you Cold Stone!

Walking into the store at approximately 3:50, there is only two people on a left-hand side table. I walk up to the ordering counter, which is confusingly past the register. Still, I am greeted with enthusiasm by the cashier. I ask them to recommend something and they just so happen to get my favorite flavor, probably via Telekinesis. The service was so great I asked for a name at the end and it is the person I will thank personally in this review for a once-in-a-lifetime customer service experience: Elias.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Gabe. I came in one day and my girlfriends daughter wanted him to make a minion out of ice cream. He had never done it before but still tried. He wasn’t happy with his own work so he gave it to us free. A few weeks later we came in again and ordered different ice creams and while we were waiting he randomly started making another minion just to show us what he learned and also gave us that for free. Just cool to see people still excited about there jobs and making people happy.
