Always loved Coldstone but the local Casper location is what keeps me coming back. Twice I have had gift card or online coupon issues and the manager has kindly resolved them both times. It’s really refreshing to experience excellent customer care and that is why I will continue to patronize this store. Thank you!

My experience when I walked in it was incredibly hostile. They greeted me good but they over all took a whole minute to decide who would do their job and serve ice cream. This shouldn’t be a thing, I could only imagine how it is for the employees that just wanted to work. This was the most immature experience and will not going back.

Not the best. on goggle it said you were closed but when driving by it was open and every time l order they forget half my stuff. I don’t get how it is that hard for someone to read the order and get it right? Not that good.

I guess I’d rather support Mom and Pop places that make homemade ice cream. Grew up with hand turned as a kid. Nothing beats that.
For the price, sure could be better!

Terrible. They had one person working who looked like she was new and looked like she was about to cry, another girl would peak in every once in a while and then walk back into the back, not helping the girl making the ice cream at all. There was a short line. We waited for an hour and finally ended up leaving without getting anything because it was obvious it would be at least another half hour.
It is sad that management was not there to help the situation and that the poor worker was expected to do it by herself when she obviously was struggling. I know it’s hard to find workers but I also don’t know why anyone would want to work there if they are left out on their own without help.

Ice cream is good but they play music so loud that its difficult to talk with the worker to make an order, or have an enjoyable treat with the family.

Terrible. Overpriced. This place has gone downhill. Went on the afternoon of May 27th, around 4pm. There were four workers, all of which were essentially sleepwalking. Incompetent. Slow. We were 9th in line, it took 45 minutes to get to the front. The workbenches were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The workers were even counting their money (tips) on the food counters. The trash cans were overflowing. Not a good look. Also, there’s a bunch of homeless people walking around outside.

Ordered online for the first time. Showed up to pick up order. Strike #1 – 3 workers are standing around talking and no one says hello or anything. After a minute we have to say hey we’re here to pick up an order. Strike #2 – we are handed the order and everything is in a cup even though we ordered waffle cones and bowls. I say these are not right. One worker says oh we are out of bowls (he wasn’t even going to bother to tell me!) I said ok I paid extra for those can I get a refund? He said well the plain cones are the same price do you want some of those? That is not true at all – chocolate dipped is more than plain and bowls are more than cones but I didn’t waste my time arguing. Strike #3 – one of my kids got the tiniest portion of ice cream , it was literally like a free sample size. My other kid ordered the same size and his portion was normal. Three strikes and you’re out, ain’t going back.
