Whoever the young man that was working this evening 1/5/26. Has absolutely poor customer service. I ordered an ice cream the young lady working the register who added all the mix ends did a great job. But the young man grabbed it it was over full, which I’m not complaining about, but didn’t ask me if I wanted to lid and slid it across the counter to me. When I asked for a lid, he grabbed a lid and smooshed the ice cream down until it was coming out over the sides clipped on the lid left a mess on the counter and melting ice cream, running down the side of my container. Turned around and walked off. Not looking for anything free, but never been handed a mess at this location. GM should know.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Lily for the care she showed us today. I let her know about my daughter’s allergy when we walked in, and without hesitation she offered to change her gloves, get fresh ice cream and mix-ins from the back, and mix everything separately. As a parent, that level of understanding and effort means more than I can say. Lily was kind, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond. We’re so grateful for her and the wonderful service she provided.

I’ve recently started going here every Tuesday one for the great service, and two the ice cream is amazing as well as the promotion on Tuesday. Getting two big cups of ice cream for 10 bucks is a great deal. Veronica has helped me out several times and has done an amazing job as well as any of the other staff that has taken care of me!

I had a wonderful experience at cold Stone in Loveland. The staff was very friendly and accommodating in getting my order ready. I noticed as one group of people received their orders another group came in, it is a busy place. The customers were very friendly and helpful, by holding the door for, this old man with a cane, as well as asking if I could needed help to my car.
