We’ve been here twice now and both times it has been wonderful. Tons of ingredients are placed in the ice cream, which is firm and solid, not runny like in some locations.
There is a small sitting area where the tables were clean. Staff were attentive and worked together to complete orders.
The cost was a little steep for a Gotta Have It ($9.69), but for a once in awhile treat, who can resistm. Overall, a great location and we will definitely return.

This has always been a solid ice cream location. Consistently high quality and friendly staff. They have always done community events with local schools too. They have decorated really cute for the holiday season!! Great for photo opps while you are eating your treats!

SO DELICIOUS My gf and i go here for date nights and ever time it’s good sometimes we feel a little rushed but that’s not the workers fault it just gets so crowded because cold stone is bomb.com I love getting the mine size because it’s good even after a week in the freezer by then it’s usually gone i try to savor it but it’s kinda hard. The service from the workers is great i enjoy seeing them mess with the ice cream it’s satisfying to watch. My favorite ice cream place. 23$ for 2 of the mine sizes and it’s really good and not bad for the price

DONT COME HERE I went today at 9:10 and I saw they closed at 9:30 so I didn’t think anything of it and we were standing there for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged but whatever I proceed to order and the girl was pretty rude she seemed like she just wanted to push us out so I only needed up getting two bowls then the other girl working asked me what other thing I wanted and helped her out but I don’t understand how there could be a bunch of teenagers running a buisness without knowing how to properly do things. I’ve worked in customer service before and no matter what time they come in I have a smile on my face because it isn’t their fault. If I could give zero starts I would. Don’t come here. Rather waste your good money somewhere else where they have proper and simple manners !!

Yesterday I got the Like It Birthday Cake Remix and its good ice cream as always.
I wish he had mixed it a bit more as most of my additions were on the top of my ice cream and not blended throughout.
The guy who got our ice cream could definitely work on his customer service….he just seemed very annoyed to be there and was treating us like a nuisance. The cashier however was great and very polite!

If I could leave a negative review this would be the place. Never gets the Grubhub order correct. Forgets the waffle cone/bowl every time. And they think it’s funny. Hands down the worst place to order from. Skip the order and save yourself the sanity of dealing with incompetence. Never again.
