Yummy! Was very busy when we arrived but the staff quickly worked through the line and the wait was not too long. Very friendly staff, heck the guy was taking orders, fixing everyone’s ice cream and training and employee all at once. Remained very calm and collected. Kudos to him for good manager vibes. Great place to stop for a snack and to take kids.

I come in here about once every two weeks. They have a great variety of flavors and the service is always great! I’m always in and out within 5 minutes, which is impressive considering there’s usually only one person behind the counter. I’d definitely recommend it!

I absolutely love it here! You have to try the variety of flavors and toppings mixed together it’s a never-ending adventure for your taste buds! The birthday cake ice cream is delicious as well as the apple pie and milk and cookies ❤

Ordered a birthday cake 4 days ago. Went to pick up the cake today was told they need 24 hour notice for cakes, I said ma’am I ordered 4 days ago, she said oh give me 5 mins. What?? There was a little child behind the counter so I’m assuming my cake was cutting into babysitting time. Finally got my cake and it’s not even what I ordered. Never again cold stone never again.

Horrible–ice cream was fine; however, waffle bowl was stale, server seemed like she wanted to be elsewhere and we were imposing on her time, I got three strawberries – 3 – for my money I paid extra for, and then she didn’t mix up my ice cream with my two add-ins at all. After spending all the money we did on two items, receiving so-so service and food, we won’t be returning.

Love this place, usually always a line, haven’t had anything here I didn’t like yet. On very busy days they won’t have enough time to make ice cream they are running out of, which pushes me to try something new and I’m never disappointed.

I went in to try a signature. Tried the Oreo Overload and it was extremely disappointing. It’s routine vanilla ice cream with a handful of very cheap mini chocolate chips and two single cream Oreos that were broken in half. Four bites had Oreo in it, most was plain vanilla and some had a couple mini chocolate chip. A scoop of routine cookie dough has more cookie content and is much cheaper. Disappointing Signature which is just vanilla. Service was adequate; very poor value, not worth returning.
