A planned visit to Legends will save time, Money and help you to party with Cold Ice Cream.
This place is always busy and ice cream here will definitely makes you feel good
There are so many flavors out there, but I will recommend you to try chocolate and also sweet cream
Make sure you add toppings of your choice for extra kick.
We tried here sweet cream, ice cream with almonds and pecans and toppings, and also chocolate ice cream with brownie fudge and almonds pecans and a nice seating position outside cold stone makes you kid.
Because so many kids will be in front of you playing and it feels good to enjoy that moment.
Make sure you be conscious about Ice cream size too.

Was feeling some ice cream and came across this coldstone in the legends district and stopped by. The store was very clean and was busy, the line was moving very quickly though. There was a gentleman younger I believe his name was Ramiz took care of me, I wanted something strawberry and he recommended me a popular order and I loved it. I purchased a Strawberry Passion full size cake on Saturday, cut it on Sunday and the cake was dry as can be. I’ve never purchased a cake like this one before. Ice cream cakes are me and my families favorite type of dessert for birthdays and this cake was horrible. Almost $50 down the drain on dry cake, not even good enough to be edible.

The ice cream served in house is always good.
I bought a small cake, Cake Batter Confetti, which was $37 before tax. It was not good. The red velvet cake was extremely dry. The topping candy was stale. Would not recommend.

Always friendly service and a great sweet treat spot. They hire young adults (this shouldn’t be a surprise) and sometimes you get the young adult employee experience, but it’s important to treat them with kindness as for some this is their first venture into the job world. The owner is a really friendly guy with fantastic customer service skills and attitude, he works fast, cares for the customers, and isn’t afraid to jump in and get to work when it gets busy.
This is our go to sweet treat stop and since the Legends is a Pokemon Go hot spot it’s even better!

First time visit to this Cold Stone Creamery location. First I attempted to place my order online using a gift card however, the website was having issues. I had to drive all the way to this location to place my order. The service line was extremely long which was okay because I figure it would be worth the wait. I had three customized (quart size) ice cream orders. Each order had to be specially made because certain people were allergic to certain items. Placing my order was easy I had everything wrote down (even the prices were figured out). The problem occured once I received my order. When I arrived home and opened my bag, I realized the ice cream was inside of containers…..without any type of descriptions or markings on them. Therefore, I had no way of knowing what type of ice cream was inside the containers. Even when I opened the containers (with gloves on) I was still unable to figure out which ice cream was which. They looked similar and I did not want to take a chance and give the wrong flavor to someone who is allergic to a certain topping. In the end, I just threw the ice cream in the back of my freezer and went out to Dairy Queen and purchased customized (labeled) ice cream quart’s. In the future, I will go to Dairy Queen from now on. Very disappointed that the customer service representative did not take the time to label the containers. It does not matter how busy a place is. When it comes to the amount of money that this company charges for their ice cream they should be kissing the ground that customers walk on. My experience was just not worth the almost $40.00 dollars spent. I appreciate you for taking time out to read my review. Please respect my opinion.

I don’t imagine it’d be particularly hard to serve ice cream, but these kids made it seem like it was. My ice cream was melting and dripping out of the cup by the time it hit the counter, while the girl who put it there was very curt and seemed to not want to be there. Thankfully the girl who rang us up was very nice, and makes me feel ok giving cold stone a single star. Was you guys’s cold countertop off? Seriously, what was wrong with yall tonight?

Admittedly my order was a little weird , at first the worker adamantly refused to give me cake frosting on top . Luckily the manager was running on the register and when I asked in he final hour he came through. I also think it cost me like 2-3$ but well worth it and would buy again 10/10!
