Got there 15 minutes before they closed and was met with extremely rude workers. They apologized for our ice cream being melted because they “turned off the coolers already because they thought they were done with customers for the night”. Very bad experience and won’t be coming back.

My husband and I experienced the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory part of the location and were not disappointed. We sampled the chocolate covered strawberries, a chocolate covered pretzel, and a sea salt chocolate caramel. They all hit the spot!

I took my girlfriend here for some ice cream as we walked around downtown. Service was prompt and friendly! The building is a little bit cramped, but what can you do when the buildings downtown are just like that. My girlfriend enjoyed her ice cream a lot, so that a win from me!

We went there for dessert on my birthday. We love sitting in the vault, it’s fun! The gentleman who checked us out at the register was fantastic! The two ladies who were serving up the ice cream apparently were having a bad day and unfortunately it showed in their demeanor. But overall it was a pretty good outing!

We went here to get a treat and received Ed the worst service. The girl working didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in and in fact walked away to the back of the store as we approached the counter to order. A few minutes later she returned to take our orders. Then with much scowling and eye rolling she prepared the orders as we stood there uncomfortably listening to the explicit rap music that was playing. Finally when we received the order the ice cream was running down the side of the cups. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Order a carryout doughlightful peanut better and spent an extra $2 on adding hot fudge and peanuts. Neither of my additions were added. I called them and they told me they didn’t have pecans. They told me sorry for wasting my money on a product I didn’t receive but did nothing to correct it…$10 ice cream not even made correct and I got I’m sorry.

We brought a large group in to buy ice cream tonight after the high school graduation. My 70 year old mother asked to use the restroom and they told us no. They said the restroom closed at 9:00 although the store was still open and serving food! We asked 2 different people a total of 4 times and told them we had a group pf 10 paying customers. They didn’t care and refused to let my mother use the restroom. We left without ordering anything. We will not return.

Went in for the aquaman blue velvet brownie explosion and it was just as amazing as it looked! I usually get cake batter but had to try the special flavor before it was gone! Customer service was okay and the serving size was amazing! I always leave here satisfied! Bring from Hawaii it was great getting some coldstone as we haven’t had one on my island in a few years! Definitely go by for good ice cream at a good price!
