We have been here twice. The first time we were here, they said they didn’t receive our online order. No biggie. We showed them what was on the order through the email confirmation and they made it. Took about 25 mins but it got done. Second time, we arrive around 10:00pm for our pickup order. Again, they don’t have it. They then tell us that they don’t give waffle cones to online orders even though it is an option on the website and they are making it for us in store using the email confirmation again. They then come out again, and tell us that they don’t do cherry pie filling anymore. Which is also an option on the website. They help everyone else first even with our order having been put in at 9:45pm, and them seeing the order confirmation at 10pm. Just got our order, with no refund for the waffle cone we didn’t get, at 10:43pm. Would not recommend.

Great location and friendly employees! The ice cream was prepared properly and the employees took their time as needed! Perfectly prepared and the kids loved it! With the location they went outside to play on the playground equipment after they finished eating! The interior and patio of the business was clean and nicely arranged! We’d return to this business when we’re in the area. The prices are inflated for the product received, so that’s the biggest downfall.

I took a group of seniors here for ice cream and they were very patient and helpful. Once all my group was seated, I ordered a small dish of ice cream for myself, coffee flavored. The service was great as well as their selection of ice cream flavors. The only downside is all of the people in my group complained about how high the cost was and they would not be able to return because of the prices. They are a bit pricey and don’t offer any senior discounts. Other than that we were pleased with the service and products.

Went here with my 6 year old daughter after a sweetheart dance. There was a family in front of us in line, it took forever to finally place our order. There was a new girl at the register and we were definitely overcharged by my estimate $4 or $5, but it took so insanely long I didn’t dispute it, just wanted to start eating my ice cream before it melted anymore. I go to pay and the girl never gave me my receipt. My phone then notifies me of the charge since i used Apple pay, they charged me double what the total was, so instead of $18 something it was $37. I immediately went up to the counter to get my money back and they said no one there could help me that i would have to call back the next day for a manager. So i did, it’s been a week and still no money back. I have called multiple times and never hear back. So i spent almost $40 for a kids single scoop ice cream cone and a small bowl with 1 topping.

So I guess if they don’t have an item because they are too lazy to make more they just decide not to include the item in the order.. I ordered through DoorDash two ice creams, one with truffle received my order but only one ice creams.. had to contact door dash to get a refund and reorder which cost me another delivery fee. Reordered the ice creams with truffle.. DoorDash contacted me and said they are out of truffle it will take an hour to make.. would you like another chocolate..sure whatever.. received my order..

I ordered a cake here the other day, worst experience ever. They did not follow my order or the instructions. I ordered a cake with strawberries on top and writing, neither of which were there. When I asked the girl who was working to complete the writing on the cake, she did it with frozen icing and then told me the handwriting was bad because of that. I asked her to redo it and she didn’t seem very happy about that. The staff also kept insisting that they could not see. I had ordered writing on top of the cake, which was clear on my side. Not sure how they can’t see that. When we got home, we realized that we had ordered strawberry topper, which was not there, and I thought it might be under the chocolate. It was not. The cake tasted freezer burnt— And was mid at best. I spent $70 on a cake, And my grandma didn’t enjoy it for her birthday. Will be going to Dairy Queen in the future, we have always had good experience with them.

My friend and I came in to grab some ice cream on our girls day out. Around 2p on 12/11. When we came in, the guy who was working immediately shouted to me “OMG you look just like my old highschool math teacher”. We just kind of laughed and I said “I definitely wasn’t”. Then he accused me of lying to him. Then we asked for a sample of a flavor. As he got it, he said “just so you know I failed math”. I said oh I’m sorry but I definitely wasn’t your tutor”. Then we went to order our “Love it” size ice cream with our 2 different flavors. He cut us off to tell us that we can only choose 1 flavor per order and if we wanted 2 different flavors, we would have to order them separately. I got confused as when we looked on ordering them online before hand, it gave us the option for multiple flavors. He told us it was because the owner wanted to charge the customers per flavor instead. So we ended up just leaving. And when we went to go walk out the door, he shouted again “I still failed math”. So we got in the car, called the location on the plaza to see if it was a company wide decision, and he said no. So we went there instead.

i came a couple hour before close and they were making apples. i didnt see the one that i wanted and as i was going to leave ms patty asked what would i like(: it was very sweet for her to go out of her way to ask me and make em feel comfortable in this environment. i requested an apple and she said go shopping and it will be done. i came back and she had such a great and positive attitude! im very likely to come back and recommend to my friends.

Had it for the first time two nights ago, it will be one of my go to ice cream places from now on. I had the peanut butter cup perfection, it was sooo good. Very nice staff too. I was already having a bad night so the ice cream and nice staff were a great pick me up 🙂
