I came in around 6:10 PM on 1/10/2025, and there were about 13 people in the lobby with only ONE worker on duty. Aniya was there all alone, doing her absolute best. No employee should ever be left in that situation, especially on a Saturday, but she truly held it down.
She stayed composed, greeted everyone who came in, kept the line moving, and maintained a positive attitude under pressure. I made sure to tip her because her work ethic and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Management should take note—Aniya did an amazing job and deserves recognition and better support.

Went today, kind of busy only 1 person working but they did their best and ice cream was great.The only thing that concerned me was all the dust on the ceiling and vents above the serving area and on the counters.The ceiling fan is turning downward from all the humidity. But I wish the best for this place.

Wow I came in to this location on Thursday with my family, after coming up and watching some guest leave, after not having the flavors they wanted but I can truly say that this visit was 100% great for us. I asked to speak with the manager and the young lady told me to hold for a second, was very nice. The manager came up from the back and when I say he knows his ice cream he was able to sell us on flavors I would have never tried. I want to say the store was clean and smelled really good and I asked the male manager what he had to do to turn store around and he told me all he had to do was hire the right team I feel the young lady and the manager make a good team hope y’all stay around

There are many people willing to be employed. This location should train your staff to be more welcoming and have a sense of urgency. If you can’t train them or they are unwilling hire someone else or you should close the store. This was an awful experience. I will never return.

A tall black guy was unsanitary and rude. He has a smart mouth. I ordered a gotta have it and the amount of toppings was not enough in hindsight sight. I asked him to take the fudge off because it was too Rich he acted like i said something stupid, giggled and repeated it loudly and looked at his co worker asking me how can chocolate be rich. I told him he’d have to google it. He grabbed a brownie with his glove and when i told him im not trying to be a B but he should be using a tong. He told me that he always put on fresh gloves on. I asked, prior to each order? He said yes. He started taking the gloves off then moments later asked is a smart tone, “you didn’t see me put gloves on?” I answered, apparently not. He then walks over to the other slab and dangles the gloves next to his head and jerks his head with an attitude. I told him it doesn’t matter he still needs to use the tongs (thinking, the other worker doesn’t use fresh gloves, she also touches the spades, i doubt he washed his hands before touching the gloves). He goes to the back and tells a female co worker who later comes up and says they will use it for a door dash, (as he was remaking my order) then she goes to the back. After he was done mixing my ice cream he had to grab more ice cream because it was under scooped. Once in the bowl the ice cream was flat and no higher than the rim and he was still about to put the lid on. I had to ask him for more ice cream. He did so and added it unmixed to the top. After leaving i immediately calmly came back a because i remembered he didn’t give me two scoops of pecans and and he didn’t do 2 figure 8’s (for gotta have it). He showed me that it is 1 scoop so i said ok but he didn’t do 2 figure 8’s on the Carmel but I’ll let it go. He says he did. I stated he made a zig zag one across, but I’m letting it go. As I am walking out the door he become confrontational and says, did I just come in here to start a problem? I respond you know why I just came in here, you are the one starting the problem and he should be quiet do his job. I have every right to get what I paid for without people taking it personal

Good evening my name is Christa Williams,I like to talk about the Management at this location. I come in all the time with the kids and today I wanna say that, 1. Store was clean and smelling really good 2. The male manager was very kind very pleasant to be around. He was able to handle the line plus all of the pick up orders by him self.3. There was a homeless man hang around front door and the manager seen it and came around stood by door,he was asking people for money as they walked in. Manager confronted him asked him to leave from in front of door doing so. The gentleman then came in talking crazy to the manager asking guests in your lobby for money made me feel real uncomfortable having my kids here while he was talking to himself. The manager then came and told him he needs to leave out of the building and that he needed not to come back he continued to go off on the man address the manager just smiled and said please leave the building please leave the building without the manager being rude or disrespectful to him I would have probably lost my mind but the manager kept his kool. The manager then called had security come escort him off the property. I see the store doing big things in the future with the management team that is here now I would like to deeply say how proud and how much I love to come back to the store with this manager running it the way he’s running it there is no other ice cream place I’d rather go to than the florissant Cold Stone

Horrible, staff, not friendly at all or welcoming, I asked for a birthday cake remix ,add oreo,. Get home and not brownie in sight.. then I asked could he wrap it up since I’m taking it to go, he said they’re not allowed to wrap up items anymore, since when tho. (the wrap was bebind the counter)so this is how I had to drive home. Zero stars, if you don’t wanna be at work, don’t come, this location has went downhill, young people working, with attitudes , that dont want to work. I mean it’s ice cream. It’s not hard.

My Husband and I came in to get ice cream this evening and the 2 ladies that were there was so nice and friendly there was a guy that was there in a red shirt he seem like he was busy doing other things but he spoke to us and I just can’t believe how much this store is turning around I spoke to the guy in red shirt and he said he was the store manager now and that all of team he use to have is no longer here but I like to say this we use come in like 2 times a month but stop coming cause how dirty store was and how all the guys had there pants below there butts but store look good and y’all doing great in my eyes have good night thanks

My friend and I hurried into store about 5 minutes before close. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Chris took care of us and he was absolutely amazing. He didn’t rush us and answered our questions with a smile. Not to mention it was delicious!
