I ordered two Love It-sized Signature Creations. The portions were very small, and one of the cups was only filled halfway. To make up for it, the employee added a plain scoop of ice cream—without any toppings—to fill the rest of the cup.

Ice cream was great, per usual. Had 5 made; they did great, but I give 2 stars because when I used a card to pay and selected “No Tip,” the cashier girl got a straight-up salty, prissy attitude. Typically, I would put my card back after I remove it, grab the cash, as I only ever do cash tips anywhere, and with that level of attitude, nope. I kept the tip today.

It took 46 minutes for our online order to be ready. We finally said something and then they started making our order. We watched the employee drop one of our dishes on the floor after making it. She put a new top on and put the ice cream in our bag. She didn’t apologize or make a new one for us. The staff was too busy joking, laughing, and snacking on toppings to care about the customers.

Ordered online for delivery. One was a smaller size than ordered, no utensils, a peep was thrown into the bag and the larger ice cream was crushed with a bunch of lids. The smaller one was leaking and crammed full. Never ordering again. Go to Dairy Queen if you’re reading this. Trust me.

Finally went after years of hearing hype and was disappointed. Ice cream was okay, but it doesn’t seem to justify the price for me. The “mix-ins” are customizable to suit your liking. The “cold stone” seems rather gimmicky and does nothing special besides being a place to set your Ice cream on. I got the “mint mint chocolate chip” and thought to get a pint because I enjoy mint ice cream a lot. I ended up throwing most away after relising that it wasn’t for me.
