I love stopping any Cold Stone. It is one of our all-time favorites. The first time I ever went to one was on my honeymoon in Virginia. I got coffee with gummy bears and cookie dough. 18 years later and I’ve gotten the same thing every time I’ve gone and we’ve probably been to 30 different Cold Stone creamerys around the US. This one is right up there. In the top of them. It was very clean Even in the bathrooms.. Well run and the people behind the counter had a good smile. Very happy all around. On our way to Nebraska for the weekend. The two of us really had a lot of fun here. Thanks for the memories

Cold Stone has some of the creamiest and delectable ice cream and thise combos are perfection, but it’s never ICE cream! It’s ice CREAM. No one likes soft serve passed off as ice cream. Maybe it’s just my location The ice cream is always soft with cream on top. I tell them dig to the bottom for my ice cream. Don’t give that runny mess on top! I enjoyed the ice cream. However I was very uncomfortable when this short girl with glasses kept shouting at one of the male employees. Started yelling at him with the store full! I feel horrible for him, he was such a sweet guy.The whole store was staring at him. That whole experience was so uncomfortable. Just a PSA for everyone there, the other worker who checked me out said that this was common behavior for that particular worker. That’s outrageous and the manager needs to fix that.

The ice cream at this location was a spongey, nasty mess. The freezer it’s kept in must not be cold enough because it definitely lost the creamy consistency of ice cream and instead had the spongey consistency of ice cream thats been left out a little too long. I tried two different floors thinking there was a flaw in my first choice. Nope, both bad.

Had such a poor experience that I didn’t even pick up the ice cream i paid for online. Employee very rudely said that they had been too busy to make online orders and turned away. So Skip the Line only works when there’s no line? Store was packed with social distancing not being followed in the line and not all customers in masks despite signage. I just left since she gave me no indication that my ice cream would be prepared and had to tell my daughter that her treat after two days without power wouldn’t happen. I never leave these reviews but honestly was so disappointed in how i was treated.
