This was our first time here. The staff hardly spoke just asked what we wanted no hello, have a great day, thank you or goodbye. The ice-cream was good. The kids is not mixed on stone. It looked just like a sundae. Our son wanted ours more than his own. He said it tasted funny. We did not make him eat it. Also tried to tell worker he said it tasted fun but was ignored. Don’t think we will be back a second time

Rude customer service. Too speedy I wanted to watch them make my ice cream so I know if they are making it right but the lady demand payment twice. Made both of my ice cream wrong. I order an Ours they did not put enough ice cream or toppings in it so they proceeded to just plop more ice cream on top so now I have to go mix it all in at home. I will be tipping myself not the workers. Do better!

Ice cream was very pricey $10.14 for a waffle bowl strawberry cheesecake large. I go to pay in it ask me for a tip. I ask cashier why would I pay a tip. A tip for what? Making my ice cream and then ringing it up. Really!!!! The girls was very polite… maybe coldstone should pay the girls more then computer wouldn’t ask us for tip.

Almost gave my girlfriend anaphyaxis because they failed to inform us about any cross contamination. They also attempted to overcharge us. When we asked for a refund the cashier tried to tell us she didn’t use any nuts, and proceeded to give us attitude

The young lady working was very efficient, very nice & Did a good job. this was 1-31 -24 about 5pm. Very friendly.
However the mount of Icecream in my 2 Gotta have its’ was lacking for this size. More like a love it amount. Anyway your ice cream is great & I buy alot, and still will. But you need to figure out the proper amount of icecream.to put in. Thanks.

Often times they are so understaffed. I feel so badly for the employees. Every time I come here at least one person/group walks out. Tonight 3 couples walked out. It shouldn’t have to be this way. The manager should be here. 2 people working with a huge line. Opportunity loss on this location is huge. The two girls working were surprisingly upbeat and in good spirits. I believe I was in the store about 50 minutes.

My wife and I arrived at 8:56. This place is open until 9:00. The employee told us, “Hey guys, we close at 9, and since we have these people in front of you (two people), you guys are going to have to go.” Then she waved her hand for us to leave. So, after driving 20 minutes to get ice cream, we had to go somewhere else. WOW!
