Friends and I (7 in total) stopped in for a late night treat after dinner at Main Street Pub on 11/24, the two workers there absolutely killed it! Everything came out quickly, they were very friendly, and very tasty – keep up the great work!

First of all, they always have the best flavors in town. never can go wrong with the chocolate cake better. As a former employee for cold stone, I’m always impressed with this location. The atmosphere is always spot on clean and the employees there are supposed to be there. they are good with people. The gentleman who helped me recently, was just great to be around. Thank you for singing me a little tune! And keep doing what you’re doing you are awesome.

The ice cream is so good and the choices are endless, but the workers aren’t very friendly. Went 2 hours before close and there were 3 teenage girls working and I barely got acknowledged when I walked in, was rushed the entire time, and the tone of voice they used was not friendly whatsoever. I get customer service is hard but maybe learn to be kind.

The guy who made our orders was the BEST! His coworker was a NO SHOW so he had to take a long line of orders all on his own on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30, 4pm. Wanted ta ask his name but I didn’t want to disturb his flow.
He did this like a champion, with grace, professionalism and most importantly with a SMILE and pleasant attitude

Rarely do I feel any business deserves 5 stars. It was Saturday evening and it seemed like everybody decided to grab ice cream. There were three servers and they did an amazing job. They were fast and courteous. They were polite and patient. I have seen so many people who act as though customers are an inconvenience so I make it a point to acknowledge anyone who takes time to offer a positive experience.

I visited Sat (9/11) and the store was busy and understaffed. I felt so bad for the lead shift worker, the girl with gorgeous big hair. She was doing her best. They had minors working and they had to close early which was understandable; understaffed and with minors yeah they had to close early. They have to clean the store. Some girl came in late like about 10-15 before the original close time (the open sign was literally off and the big hair girl had to announce that they were closing because they were understaffed) and she was so rude. The big hair girl explained they had closed early due to staffing issues. This customer was just awful and had a total Karen moment. Why come in right before close to get a birthday cake? Did you just remember it was your boyfriend’s birthday, last minute? Our experience was great. Our order was made correctly and quickly by our server, big hair girl was polite and funny. Love her!

Not too busy when we first got there, but it was very busy by the time we left. My grandson really liked his cup of ice cream blended with all kinds of goodies that he added to it! Great service..very friendly staff. Will have to go again!
