If I could I would give it a zero. Me and my friends bought an ice cream cake and a candle from them because it was my friend’s birthday. They didn’t have a lighter, so we went to wallgreens to get it. When we came back the guy didn’t let us to light up the candle, because apparently it was too dangerous to light up a small candle to sing happy birthday for 2 minutes. We ended up having to go out in the streets because we didn’t have where to go.

Horribly managed Cold Stone store. I usually get a CYO shake. Staff often lie and give you incorrect answers about how much toppings go into shake. Give bs answers like ‘regardless of size, you get the same amount of toppings’. So if you ask for Oreo as a topping, they would give you 1 single piece of Oreo even for a large shake. This store will up-charge you for each individual piece of Oreo you ask for. So if you want 3 Oreo pieces total you’ll pay $2.18 plus tax for the 2 ‘extra’ pieces. Spoke to corporate because I keep getting different answers from store staff. They said a large CYO shake should come with 3 pieces. So I’ve been incorrectly charged so many times. Shame.

We ordered 2 Everybody’s ice-cream, one for us and the other to take to our friends. But both of them were about 2/3rd’s in the box and not full, pictures attached. How can you take a less-than-full box for the host!!! It looks like we eat from it and were bringing remaining leftovers…
This happened even before, it was for us, still less than what we paid for, but this was embarrassing!! Why do they do that??? Don’t they understand that when they are charging for a full box but only filling 2/3rd’s!!

Ordered Ice Cream Cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate shaving on the side of the cake. they did not do either, they gave regular cake and when called back they took my number and no one called me back. when I called back the employee said he will take my number to have the manager call me back, then he hung up. When I called back they are not answering. Very poor customer service.

Went to Cold Stone on 9/17/22 and worker named Jordan N was very unprofessional and unhelpful. After rudely informing me of their ridiculous no-sample policy, I ordered a very underwhelming oreo overload ice cream. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order and experience.

It’s 5:30pm. The open light is still on. But the door is locked. Two gentlemen working inside. I knocked the door for 5mins called them. They did not respond. Finally one of the gentleman yield “We are closing right now”. Okay, fine. If you are closed, why would you print your hours and have the open light on?

Always a good backup when MSU dairystore is not open. Food ice-cream and the location is ideal, located right in the middle of downtown East Lansing. Twh flavor options are good, I went for Cheesecake and Cotton candy mixed with fresh raspberries.

So unpleasant. Ordered mango ice cream, I think it was the wrong flavor because it tasted like chemical-y banana to the point I couldn’t finish it, it was also very melted. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the mistake until I was away from the store. I asked them to refund the ice cream and after a manager called me, she said she wouldn’t refund because I somehow was not on the security tape? There were also 4 high school boys in the shop throwing things at each other. Would not recommend, gave 3 stars because technically it was similar to ice cream.

I ordered the apple pie ice cream in a cup and I got about a quarter of the ingredients as compared to the picture. I asked them if they would redo it, and they would not at first. I had to show them my ice cream and show them that it was almost all vanilla with almost no ingredients and had to complain three times and they finally said they would remake it. They gave the reason that the ice cream doesn’t always look like the picture. I explained to them it doesn’t even look close to the picture and eventually they remade my ice cream at which point there was only about half the ingredients as the actual picture. They were not polite. They also got my girlfriends order wrong. See other reviews as well. They seem to gip people on the ingredients.
