Liyah was not very friendly and sold me something I did not order. I clearly ordered a small signature portion but got and had to pay for a medium portion. This is the one sad part.
The other disappointing part is about price transparency. The signature mixes are clearly marked with a price below the picture that shows the specific product in a cone. At the end I was charged almost $3 extra for the cone without being told that this would be at an additional cost. It’s also not being shown anywhere. And as I got a bigger portion which I didn’t order, the price for the bigger
cone was even higher.
I am really unhappy and will not return. Avoid this place!

the worst icecream i have ever had. especially considering the price. i would PAY not to go here. i would pay DOUBLE the price of this to go to somewhere with good quality icecream and service like dairy queen. i ordered cake pieces in my cup and got crackers. they never even confirmed with me my order to make sure they understood correctly. my strawberries were sour and frozen. and their chocolate dipped sprinkle bowl had no flavor, just straight oil taste that thickly coated my mouth which most likely indicated an off ratio of chocolate to oils in their chocolate dip or they just didn’t stir all the way. not to mention the hair strands that were stuck in the chocolate dip. i came here because i had a gift card which ended up not even working. a complete waste of money and disgusting experience. and yes i did call and was told they will let the girl know who makes them. bad customer service and bad icecream.

Came in today to use a credit I received for two ice creams since my last two waffle cones were old and stale. Got to register so I could use my credit. Cashiers let me know since it’s been over 30 days, credit is no longer valid. Even though I was told by manager Cait to come in next time and use my credit, employee calls owner /manager as he is talking to me very rudely, aggressively, has a horrible attitude, and you can tell he is racist. Let’s me know your credit is no longer valid. I can only give you one ice cream for free when I paid for 2 ice creams. He told me, “Do you want them or not? I won’t be giving you anything.” Refused to give his name. Horrible customer service. Ice cream is not even worth the amount being charged.

The management here dosent order the products for the limited items like the Boo Batter, no orange cones, no halloween sprinkles, and yet want to still charge an extremely high premium for the limited item to be made incorrectly… it makes absolutely no sense.

First time at this location. My usual go to is a Dark Chocolate ice cream with strawberries, Brownie bites, Hot Fudge with pecans. Ice cream was great but Service not so much. The guy who took my order was really impatient and rushed me through it though the store was basically empty.

Prob the worst customer service I have ever had in any restaurant. My cream sandwich was completely melted and when I brought it back, Chanel mocked and laughed at me as well as the other team members. She refused to give me anything else or any type of refund. Stated she spoke to an owner who told her not to give me anything. This is by far ridiculous and I will submit this to corporate as well. Unethical and rude.
