The two of us ordered Like It sizes and were charged for Love It sizes. When I brought up the discrepancy, I was stared at by all three employees as if there were a language barrier. Also, the ice cream was minimally “mixed” and amounted to ice cream plus toppings.

False advertising leading to non-accommodation of an allergy. The Silk Chocolate Almondmilk Milkshake reads to have soy milk used instead of cow milk. I ordered this thinking this would be the case and saw the employees use cow milk which I am unable to drink. I asked them why they did this when the sign clearly states the use of non-dairy milk and alerted them of my allergy. Instead of accommodating, they got irritated that they had already halfway made the milkshake and wanted me to still purchase it because of the burden. I am sad that allergies are not taken seriously and am sad that this was the outcome.
