They don’t follow the simplest DoorDash request. I just wanted the waffle taco, and indicated that if the item was not available to cancel the entire order. Instead I got what you see pictured.

Recently, I have been to Cold stone, Dublin, OH location and tried Chocolate devotion, it’s so delicious and addictive. They have other great flavors to try.
Also found an interesting section in this location – Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory cookies, chocolates and caramel flavored apples. We tried Apple Pie Apple and Cheese Cake Apple, they are super yummy and my kid loved it. We would visit again to try more.

Recently visited this place and liked the nice ambiance. The variety and choice of flavors on offer was good and tasty. The staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the ice cream and the portion sizes. The parlor was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable seating options. Overaall this ice cream parlor is a good visit. Will try again!

I’ve been here twice recently with family. Both times it was a little warm inside no matter how many or few people were there. The sitting area feels pretty old and the lighting inside makes it seem less cheery.
The employees were pleasant and made our orders well. It was always a little busy but they greeted us when they could.
When looking at the cakes and cupcakes, some items looked very old. The cupcakes in particular looked liked they were re-frozen, because the icing was quite messy in one.
Overall, it’s an okay place for ice cream, especially if you like having extra toppings or sauces added.

Coldstone products never disappoint! Their ice cream is affordable and absolutely delicious. The other locations in the metro were much friendlier, this location it seemed that me coming in at 5pm was a big inconvenience to the person working.

Great store, a better selection of goods such as Carmel apples and chocolates than the Gahanna store. The help could be more friendly such as greeting the customers when they walk in. Ice cream was well done and enjoyed by our grandkids.

I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s first birthday. When we cut into the cake, we realized that none of the mix-ins I ordered were actually inside the cake. I filled out a form online to let them know about the mistake. Very shortly after, I received a very apologetic voicemail from the store manager and received a full refund instantly. I appreciate the great customer service. The cake still tasted good – it was just plain ice cream inside though.
