Had to make a pit stop to my favorite Ice Cream Place with my family. People are super nice. The Ice Cream is AMAZING! Always love the decorations.

Tried to order online, but the website wouldn’t work and let our transaction go through. So we took our business else where only to learn the next day the transaction finally went through. We asked for our money back since we never received what payed for but our request was declined. Owner said we couldn’t get refund because we didn’t answer the phone at 10pm (not everyone works seconds and stays up that late our order was at 6pm). I know they had to throw away 2 milkshakes but food restaurants throw out food all the time .I believe you should get something if you pay for it so I’ll just say I payed for the ability to leave a review and call it even.

Awful experience. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. There were a 3 separate groups in this building around 9pm around 20-35 total and we were told we could sit because they already had cleaned the tables. Another customer came in and voiced their concerns and the staff was just very argumentative. We were all told the lobby was closed yet we were able to buy our ice cream in the lobby and stand up in the lobby eating our ice cream. We just couldn’t use the seating. If people don’t want to do their job then the least they could’ve done was put up a sign saying lobby is closed for seating at 9. Also employees flipped off a group when they left. Just overall unprofessional.

We went to Cold Stone to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We came right around 9pm on a Saturday. According to their sign and the internet, they close at 10pm. The lobby was pretty packed and had about 15 others standing in a tight space. Our group included 7 more. We went to sit down after getting our ice cream and we were told they couldn’t because their tables, chairs, and windows were already sanitized. Despite the fact that others were sitting down in the other corner we were told that was a different situation. We went ahead and sat down because it wouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to re sanitized and it didn’t make sense to close all the seating areas over an hour before closing. We were then told that their lobby was closed even thought everyone was eating their ice cream standing up in a already small store. Nowhere online or in store was any closing times for their lobby. They said they would have to tell us to leave and would call the cops if we didn’t. They kept arguing with us even though the other groups in the store also felt the same way and mention their concerns. When leaving, one of the blonde girls flip us off as we left. This entire situation was poor customer service and they were extremely rude. I will likely never return to a Cold Stone due to this experience.

I always make my own. I get Sweet Cream and add cookie dough, chocolate chips, caramel and whipped cream. MY FAVORITE ICE CREAM EVER!!!!

The ice cream is good, but the prices are not. Cost $17 to buy ice cream for two adults and a child. I’m giving the location 4 stars solely based on price. The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and the product was good. The location is easy to access and has indoor and outdoor seating.

Had been craving icecream the night before, so I did not get any, but today was able to stop in. This is my favorite icecream shop. Got the Chocolate Devotion in a sugar cone cup, & it was so good. Was worth making the trip for this.

Nice chain ice cream place. Restaurant was clean. The female working was very unfriendly and rude. She seemed annoyed we came in. She was eager to get back to her phone and computer rather then help customers. We asked for water and her response was I don’t have water cups we have a water fountain. I guess it was my fault for not noticing the the cooler with drinks. A simple suggestion would of been nice. Once I seen the cooler we did purchase water. Customer service is everything and this place is lacking.
