Iv’e been coming here since I was a little kiddo. The staff was very nice and attentive. The ice creme was so delicious and creamy. I did a DIY ice creme: french vanilla ice cream, oreos, cookie dough, pecans, and chocolate syrup. It was very nice. I couldnt even finish half of the smallest cup they had. 11 dollars approximately. Thanks!

I really enjoy your ice cream; however, I would like to share a few comments regarding the staff on duty. I noticed a lack of professionalism: little to no smiling, an unfriendly welcome, and some hygiene rules that do not seem to be followed (no gloves, hair not tied back, among other things). I also found the staff’s attitude quite unpleasant.
Considering the quality of the product and the price paid, I believe improvements in these areas would be very beneficial. Thank you in advance for taking this feedback into consideration.

Ordered a cake for my mom’s birthday and was told that they didn’t have the cake when I went to pick it up. The employee did offer me a different type of cake it was very helpful. My mom always gets a particular cake from Cold Stone for her birthday because that’s her favorite cake and I was very disappointed that they didn’t have it.

Great place for ice cream! The place looks a bit shabby and there are a few tables outside but most of them are dirty. There’s a great selection of ice cream and treats. You can build your own ice cream by choosing a base and toppings. They also have ice cream cakes and some other treats. The servings are pretty big.

I went there tonight and there was a guy checking this ice cream after the girl who had the long fake hair ! He found a very long hair in the ice cream and showed her he was like ” look what i found like it you” and she was like and ??? She didn’t even care and he removed the hair and threw up the ice cream ! I left right away because i am scared for my health ! You guy need to do something about that and train your employees to be at least clean and clean everything there

The ice cream is okay for the most part. Mine melted alittle faster than it usually does this time around.
Staff is friendly but could be alittle better organized as far as taking care of customers.
This location has definitely seen better days. It seems the franchise owner has neglected this location for sometime.
I say that because the location didn’t have waffle cones and the employees mentioned they hadn’t hadnt had “waffle mix” for a long time.
Also there are appliances that seem to have not been working for sometime in the location.
And worst of all is the air vent directly above the ice cream station that is caked in dust from probably not being cleaned for quite some time.
