The longest hair in my Birthday cake Birthday Cake Remix™. Completely unacceptable has to throw it away. I am pregnant all i was craving and it just made me barf and have to throw it away. Closing shift for 3/1/26 horrible. Not only was the employee sick and you can clearly hear it, while making people’s ice cream ,extremely UNSANITARY!!! Light brown hair girl was extremely rude. Attitude towards the customer and just slapped the ice cream on top of the counter. Her coworkers were so sweet but of course there’s always that one employee throwing the dynamic off. Overall bad experience.

Normally, when I leave a bad review, it’s because there’s something a place genuinely needs to improve. Today I went in to order ice cream and clearly told the employee that I did NOT want it mixed — I simply wanted my ice cream separated from the toppings and the other flavor. I repeated this three times, and each time she replied, “Yes, I’m mixing it.” Considering the ice cream costs $10.25, the experience was very disappointing. I also asked for a waffle cone with a cup, and unfortunately nothing I requested was done correctly. The lack of attention and listening was honestly frustrating. If employees read these reviews, she will likely know who she is. Please improve customer service — places like this shouldn’t have staff who don’t listen to what customers are asking for. Also, this was not an isolated situation; there were about five people in line, and after serving me, another family experienced the exact same issue because she simply wasn’t listening

Small choice of ice cream flavors the sugar-free is not sugar-free. It’s just not sugar added it so yes there’s still carbs in dairy. If you’re counting the store had a slight odor to it. The service was decent they give you free samples so that was good. nowhere to sit downnice that it has a late hours.

My wife and I love coming to this specific cold stone because they carry coconut flavored ice cream. It’s hard to find it at other cold stones. The ice cream is always on point and made with love. The employees are always very nice and keep it moving since the shop is relatively always busy.

One of my favorite ice creamery! I usually get the birthday cake remix but went for chocolate and caramel. My husband got the German Chocolate cake. The portions are large which I love. There are many flavor combinations to choose from or create your own! The service was friendly and the store looked clean. It’s located in a shopping area so parking is a challenge but I don’t mind. It’s always a good experience at any of the Cold Stones I’ve been too. My first one was NYC, Time’s Square. I heard about it on Z100 and took my daughter.

Limited flavors, always seem to be out of some kind of ingredients. You have 3 employees on & 6 people on line, & you still end up waiting about 40 minutes before you get to your order. Nobody smiles & everyone seems to look as if they are miserable, they no longer put a decent amount, they now less for a much higher price. They request tip but can not even look you in your eye while asking, which is strange. There is only 2 chairs inside with one table, with decent amount of space to put more chair’s & tables inside especially when you have to wait over 5 minutes for each order to be made. This place use to be amazing years ago, just seems as it went down hill since.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was overcharged, and the topping I requested was not added to my order. When I politely asked about it, the employees were rude and uncooperative. As a regular customer, this was extremely frustrating. It seems the younger staff may not have proper training in customer service. At the very least, there should be an adult or manager present to handle situations like this with professionalism and respect.
